Hi guys
Looking at my phone accidentally i discovered that over the clock on the top right side of the screen i saw that the border light is more weak than the rest of the phone.
On normal view there's no problem, it's just that i'm curious. It's only me or is normal on every Z3?

A friend told me that it's look like the screen connector. Something like this:

pulse notifcation does not work, tried factory reset. works for a short while but then stops again
the camera is just awful, really blurry shots and with a weird yellow tint/ cloudy
please advise. i purchased from carphone warehouse, can i get a refund?

yes with light flow it works fine... but then that using my memory etc...
I'm just really disappointed with the camera, its so bad. family shots are not possible...
I would get an RMA. Below is a picture I took in a restaurant, so not so great lighting.

Yesterday I found a black spot on the picture that was taken by the back camera and in all apps.

So then I power off and did not touch it, and in the morning the spots have changed direction.
I tried to shaking the phone but it does not change anymore. = =
**I used a lens protector all the time, but when removed it the problem still exists.
Does anyone know what that cause is ??
How do I solve this problem or RMA is the only way ? :crying:

That sucks dude, honestly the only way to fix that is to RMA your device, and I definitely would. I've seen a lot of pointless RMA's being discussed here at XDA, but if my camera had any type of problem I would send the phone back.
Hi guys,
I've just bought HTC U12 Plus and I'm really impressed by this phone!
One thing is bothering me, some small black smudges are visible (especially on a white background) below the Navbar - right where the screen starts from the bottom. It kind of looks like some backlight?
Is it normal with this model? I haven't had that issue with any of my previous phones.
I uploaded two photos of that, I can add some more if you consider the pics as unreadable.
Any feedback would be great as I have only a couple of days to return the phone back to the seller.

I did. Check the first photo, that is mine. Also, the back cover already bring that double side tape included.
It was my first time, so wasn`t perfect, and i didnt clean very well the original adhesive....but im very happy with the result.:angel:
I need one that is not made of glass... (those glasses one including the original one are easily cracked)
I was trying hard to find a 3D scanner copy of the back so that I can print a plastic one for longer duration. It would be great if anyone can share a copy of it.

Now it is not working, just a black screen, only the temperature indicator is working.

Either try flashing stock rom on it or take it into service.

It is a Chinese product so there is no service, can you help me on how to flash it?
