I have used both twrp and cwm recoveries but when I try to mount SD card it does not show up it gives error every time I don't know what to do.I wanted to make a nandroid backup on my SD card plz help me I am using customized version of wiko wax by a local smart phone maker in Pakistan QMobile lt250 android 4.4.2
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. I'd recommend that you re-format the SD card. Make sure it's fat32.

I have samsung galaxy s3 (I9300). I don't have external SD Card in my phone. I have already rooted my phone and installed custom recovery CWM. I have gone through the steps of flashing Archi Droid ROM but it says to copy the files to root folder of SD card. As I don't have SD Card , is there any way to flash the ROM without SD Card ? I installed CWM using MTKDroidTools, it works great and recovery will boot up fine.
The only problem I have is that it cannot find my storage.
As this phone does not have an external sd card, but an internal storage of 32GB, it cannot find the correct path to mount.
The path should be /storage/emulated/0 , I think this is not properly set in this recovery.
How can I change the path so I can finally test my ported rom?
Any help would be great!

I have recently install cyanogenmod 11 in my micromax unite 2.Now I can not change by storage location to external SD card.whenever I am downloading something it is being saved at internal SD card.So is there any way to save downloading file to external SD card? (Plz don't tell tell that just copy those file and paste to ext card)

i created a 2nd partition on my sd card as ext2 to use it as a internal memory by using link2SD . but i am unable to use it. as the mount script is not forming.
i have stock rom.
pls help ASAP...................

I have a Lenovo a7000 with TWRP installed and stock rom. I already formatted my SanDisk 32GB sd card as internal and was working fine. Recently i formated my device through TWRP - Wipe data option. I checked all the options except system rom. After format my memory card is not working it shows damaged sd card found. It is not detecting on windows explorer but i can see it in chkdsk option. Please put forward your ideas about recovering my sd card but i dont need datas i just want it is formatted. Thanks

Hi there and welcome to assist,
It is possible for a SD card to just die unexpectedly, it's happened to me. Have you tried your card in a pc or different device?
There are several data recovery programs which may recover your photos, docs and so on.

It is not detecting on pc and i dont need the data on my sd card i just need it back as formatted

So it seems that your card has died. Try other SD card and see if it's worth buying another new card.
