i need some help.. after i unlock the bootloader, my htc one m8 wifi disabled.. what should i do?

I recently bought an M8 on eBay. It came rooted and had TWRP. Being a newbie to rooting I messed up with the files. Now I need help in establishing the exact model so that I know which ROM to download.
