is there a Lollipop 5.1 ROM with decent Multi-Window for Note 8013? If so, can I be directed to it?
Unfortunately there is no such ROM for lolipop and it depends on support from Samsung.

The latest is 4.2.2 on sam sung update chose your region there will be no stock lollipop for this device

Hello guys, recently i have installed marshmallow firmware and a custom ROM on my Note 5 device. Its all great , but the only thing i really hate about marshmallow is a new TouchWiz. So i was wondering if i could replace the new touchwiz with an old one from lollipop firmware. Thanks.
Search for Touchwiz in the Theme Store. There are a bunch that are close.
