Can I send my Xperia Z3 to Sony support for restore DRM KEYS?
They restore it?
If they are lost because you unlocked your bootloader, they probably won't/can't restore them. As they state on their website the keys, which are stored in the TA partition get deleted in the process of unlocking.

We can not restore the DRM key, but we can restore the lost features of the device.

DO NOT ever flash TA backups from other phones. every xperia L has different TA backup and flashing someone else's will HARD BRICK your device. nothing can be done now regarding TA backup. for other things flash stock rom via flashtool wiping everything.

what, you rooted with stock.
if your bootloader is unlocked flash cwm kernel from my thread here => http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-e3/general/simplified-guide-to-root-sony-xperia-e3-t3012248
and backup using cwm.

No one, if anyone provides you a TA Partition not based on your device (Note: IMEI and your own DRM Keys), then, you'll have a hard-bricked device after do so.

I flashed the ftf firmware using the FlashTool but forgott to exclude simlock.ta. now it seems that my sim is locked also my phone. The rooting status is Unknown and I am looking for a way to have it back.

No idea how to revert it back. Just, restoring your own TA Partition. If you didn't back up your TA Partition then I don't know any possible way to revert it back. Maybe @linuxct would know any way to restore it.

thanks, I will try to contact him/her.
If you didn't make a backup of the ta keys after rooting but before unlocking your bootloader then there gone forever. DO NOT TRY AND RESTORE ANOTHER DEVICES TA BACKUP unless you want a permanent paperweight.

So you backed it up before this happened?? You have to have backed it up before. Doing it not won't work.
