Fresh install gave constant fc of aosp keyboard after 3 installs. Tried clearing cache etc but no difference. Couldn't input any search or WiFi details so used voice search and runs OK with Samsung keyboard.
Feels really fast compared to nameless and RR when using agni. Screen wakes a lot quicker than RR with very similar/same setup.
Q: Is there the option to get rid of google search bar on the homescreens? Searched every option in settings but can't see it.

Didn't have any keyboard FC at start, but oh well, at least you got past it.
About the search bar, its a google thing, if you don't have google search app installed it won't appear, this ROM isn't an all in one type so there won't be a lot of misc toggles like for search bar.
And about speed, glad you liked it, enjoy the ROM

Keyboard fc when you flash gapps. What I did was installed only ROM + new keyboard and then went ahead with gapps.
So far so smooth

The Gapps I use include google key board by default and remove aosp keyboard. But if aosp keyboard FCs, kindly give a logcat, I'll have to look into the same.

6 restarts in one hour. After last 3 restarts,it is showing "Android is starting" and "Optimizing app" screen. and when it finishes, it restarts again. Cant go to main screen anymore.

github is a live changelog and we have a built in dynamic changelog in the rom itself Its had huge improvements
Does this ROM support init.d? I didn't see the folder at /system/etc/init.d
Edit: Also this ROM is very small, which is awesome. Most ROM's are around 100-200MB, but this is only 85MB. Works fine with motley's kernel also

I flashed the beta and now I'm getting "unfortunately launcher has stopped".
Ok, so I just installed this... is it meant to be completely bare? Did I miss something?
Also, my soft home button isn't doing anything - it makes a noise, but doesn't take me to my homepage

Big problem..... put the new ROM on last night finished charging so took it off and woke up this morning to turn it on and the screen is now unresponsive. I tried replugging it in and powering up and everything. Holding down the power and volume down I near the sound of taking a screen shot so it must be running.....but can't get the screen to turn on!! I don't think I checked USB debugging so using the root toolbox on my laptop won't work. I wish I could pull the battery on the tab..... any help!?? Please

Try putting it under a bright lamp or out in the sun. Sounds like the auto brightness might be messing up.

From what I've seen the themes on playstore wont allow you to dl unless they are compatible. Many of the themes for theme chooser are good to go on this now. DarkJelly, Frost, Lucid, CherryJelly, Natemodz, ssd, Team Carbon, vivid...just to name some I've used.. I use Nova Prime Launcher and have no issues w/ anything. Apex and Nova are the best launchers I believe...

Hey, is anyone else having issues with the Play Store My Library Widget? Mine won't load.
this ROM is dope! love all the customizations. the only issue i seem to be having is gmail isnt blacked out. i assume thats not the rom, but perhaps an issue with the inverted gapps file?
Anyone else unable to download from the Play Store? Getting error [RPC:AEC:0]. Wiped and reflashed again same problem. Happens before or after installing the inverted apps.
Edit: seems to be fixed, had to clear Google Play Store data and Google Services Framework data. Clearing either by itself didnt work, had to clear both, then reboot.

Major panic! Is this a joke? During install it says 'something went wrong, trying to repair the tablet. Failed.' Then TWRP says there's a problem and tries to repair the root permissions. Not sure if it was a joke or not but I panicked and restored my Prime nandroid. Sorry, not chancing it!

haha. it's a joke.. that's what i've written in updater-script.. Install it without any doubt!
About root permissions it sometimes happen but I don't know why.. with CWM I don't have any problem.. fix root permissions if asked and you will be fine!

Just installed it (again ) and it looks great. Very smooth, I love the transparent apps and settings. The nav bar looks very nice, it's good to see something slightly different. Nice Samsung noises as well.
Well I've only tried it for 5 minutes but so far it's buttery smooth and visually it looks gorgeous. Very nice work! :good:

Any specs on battery life?
battery life depends on the kernel you are using and is different to every person.. personally i've never experienced good battery life.. i tried many roms, many kernels...Try the rom and post your battery screenshots. Have a nice day!

I've had my N7 a few months and was procrastinating on unlocking/rooting. I finally got the time to do it yesterday, and yours is the first ROM I installed. Honestly, so far, I don't think I'll flash another! It's working perfectly. Outside of a few apps not showing up in GP (easily installed manually with MyAppSharer) it's faster, more responsive and visually GORGEOUS! This ROM is everything I expected from a stock based rooted ROM. Thank you for this! I'm excited to see future development!!

I've noticed a few apps malfunction a bit. Gmail, YouTube & WordPress go blank (white screen). Gmail and YouTube will work after closing & relaunching, but WordPress stays blank. Also, the browsers I use, Chrome & XScope malfunction A LOT. Chrome will freeze and FC, and XScope's tabs/options dissappear after they auto hide, and can't be restored by pulling down.
Only a few minor annoyances. Everything else so far is working magnificently!

Clean wipe is always recommended
Works best if once you get your apps installed you reboot (wiping Dalvik doesnt hurt) before you really start using it as there are quite a few processes that are run at boot

Great ROM so far! Is it possible to disable the capacitive button backlighting? I didn't see that option anywhere in the settings...

Its a mixture of both and aosp. I mean honestly does it matter what its based off of? As long as it performs and makes yours device beast.

Being this was previously a Nexus only ROM we had to sprinkle some CM and AOKP elements to make it work for us.

Bump. Any thoughts on this? Also, is it possible to customize the navbar buttons? It would be nice to have the stock appearance with Google's back, home and recents icons rather than Moto's. These are just minor things in an overall awesome ROM. Thanks in advance for any info!
I have experienced a lot of FC's and screen flickering. I am using the latest KTOONEZ 5/29 kernel with this build
Just a quick question. The OP says that Bluetooth MAP is functioning on this ROM. Is that still the case? Seems that there has been some difficulty with MAP since google borked up bluetooth with 4.2.2. I've yet to find a non-TW ROM that properly supports MAP I have a Ford and when MAP works properly the system will actually read my text messages to me. It's not a critical feature but it is quite convenient. Any info offered would be great.

I didn't found any lag or bugs till now so thought to post on XDA. :silly:
Nice work bro, rom has few bugs, like -fc system ui whn reciving new notification, after instaling xposed n gravity box,
-Lags whn returning to home and opening app. Rom feel bulky overall
-completly transperent lockscreen

In my case everything hangs, even the chrome tab switching, one of the most basic apps, like flappy bird game, and there's a lag as I write this post right now. I don't know if its just with my device, bit still, its a big problem...

Original Developer has thought in mind that we have to install Gravity box and manipulate system settings so he has included almost 75-80% of those features in the Settings menu itself. Uninstalling Gravity box helped to overcome this issue.
May be you have to clean Dalvik cache before and after flashing the ROM to prevent SystemUI from force closing.
I was also facing the same when I flashed this ROM first time but second time I flashed after clearing Dalvik Cache.
@aaayush_singh may be it's not working for you. But not every ROM has all the features, If a developer is developing a new ROM we can expect it to be nearly perfect but I have ported this from Nexus device so the performance may not be to the full extent. I'll consider your suggestion while porting another ROMS to make the experience better.
I've already ported ANSPv5 & I'm using it on my phone. It's working fine with few negligible bugs which doesn't affect the feel or performance. If users are ready to use, give their consent or press thanks button. I'll post ANSPv5 with some modifications that are necessary.
