can you boot to bootloader? If you have bootloader access still you can flash a factory image. If you have no bootloader you're without any options at the moment, until we either get QPST to work with this phone, or get some of motorola's official flashing tools. The only other option beyond that is if we can get @AdamOutler to get the unbrickable mod to work for moto g3

Hello Hellynton! Welcome to the community, I'll see if I can help you out with this issue.
First of all, xt1543 is a Latin American / Brazillian version, so I'll rewrite this answer in portuguese at the end (could be better to translate between spanish and portuguese than english in google translator).
I got an issue with one update too and my phone only stays on boot logo and I solved with these steps below:
Download the original firmware for your phone from this Thread
If you use windows, download the USB Drivers from motorola website
Download mfastboot-v2 and follow the recovery instructions from this Thread

Tive problemas com uma das atualizações também no meu telefone (é um xt1543 2GB BR) ele ficava apenas no logotipo de boot e resolvi o problema com os passos abaixo:
Baixe o firmware original para seu aparelho nesse tópico
Se você utiliza o Windows, baixe os drivers usb para seu aparelho no site da motorola
Baixe o mfastboot-v2 e siga as instruções de recuperação neste tópico

The big problem is the same, I can not get into Bootloaderer screen.
Ie the mobile screen is all black more when I connect it to the PC it recognizes but can not execute any command ADB Fastboot.
Is there any solution to this problem?
By the way, the phone is locked Bootloader!

Your device's codename is likely "blackjack".
you can check with getvar product

Custom roms for Moto devices often use that codename/product name
It doesn't look like there is any development for your device at this time.
Verify your product name, and google that codename with lineage or custom rom.
