Recently I flashed CM 12.1 nightlies from OPO 12.1S stock rom because of the bluetooth issue.
I had unstable connection and abnormal sound playback after updating to CM12.1S on my OPO.
But I have the same problem about the bluetooth.
Is there any workaround for this?

Hello, I am looking for an AOSP based ROM that has the following 3 features:
Center clock with date
Quick pin unlock
Phone proximity speaker
CM based ROMs currently have an issue with no 4G on boot occasionally and more importantly CM Bluetooth doesn't work with my stock car phone system (phone audio only system).
I have tried 10 ROM's:
Aicp
Aosp
CM
Chroma
Cataclysm
Dirty Unicorns
Omni
Resurrection Remix
Slim
Temasec
Resurrection Remix and Temasec have all three features but being CM based I get no working Bluetooth.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have also same problem and All osprey custom ROM last update has this problem.
But guys u can use cypheros 4.1.2 there is no problem with proximity sensor it's same stable as AEX 4.6
