dear sir can you please explain me the step by step procedures for installing custom rom like KITKAT 4.4 in my samsung galaxy grand quattro (GT - i8552). and also what are all the requirements.

Hello, I am using Galaxy Ace S5830i, and when I turn it on it restarts, and only repeats intro screan. I tried to flash to stock ROM several times, but it seems those were not the right ROMs I got, so I need help here. Could somebody help me find PDA_S5830iXXKL1_REV00.tar this file, if someone has it I would like it to be uploaded. Thank you.

Here's a guide for your device. Please ask first of the first section about returning to stock has the proper firmware for your device. The thread says s5830....doesn't say "i".

Hi, thanks for that, but I can't find any firmware for my phone. Any ideas how to find the exact ones?
There's links to all the galaxy ace s5830 models firmwares in the first post... Under the return to stock section near the beginning of post number one.
If that doesn't help, please ask for help in that thread. They know your device best.

I have a Galaxy Ace Nxt sm-g313hz on stock 4.4.2...
I was trying to get hold of a custom rom(cm based or lollipop based) the entire evening..
But couldnt find a simple trace clearly specified in here...
Can anybody spread some light on where can i find a custom rom rather than 4.4.2 .
Already tried ressuruction remix with no result.

Thanks a lot for your kind reply...But as i said i have been through every inch of xda but couldnt find any rom in those threads.
They are only rooting guides with fable ideas.
I have already rooted and installed cwm with odin.
Now only if i could find a cm or any other custom rom, it would be perfect.
Plus i am confused about the version also...They state the guide for Galaxy V not ace nxt..a bit confusion here.
I wonder why no one in this big community worked with the model of galaxy ace nxt though.

Here is your device section. Any roms for it will be found in the i9500 Android Development and i9500 original Android Development sections. You can browse through and see what appeals to you. And flashing instructions are usually in post number one or so.
