Hello, I have a rooted Galaxy S2 HD LTE SHV E120S. I want to connect it to the net via LAN, ie by using an otg cable and a usb lan adapter. Does Cyanogenmod have the necessary drivers, etc. to enable this? If so, would anyone know of a compatible usb lan adapter? If there are any other phones (not tablets) which can be connected to the LAN, please do let me know.

Why barnacle wifi tethering is not detectable in galaxy tab 2.7 and the other phone? but detected in the laptop!
If I remember proper it's because the Tab doesn't support ad-hoc networks.
how to support ad hoc network in galaxy tab?

I've heard that if you plug in an USB adapter plus a 3g modem you would be able to connect to a 3g network. I own a P3110 wifi tab but i'm using a p3100 rom, which has 3g software (and thus support for calls and messages); when trying to make a call i'm told theres no service, of course... I guess if with an external modem properly connected to the tab i would manage to get 3g access?

Can someone point me to a list of known supported USB Cell modems for use with a Raspberry Pi? I purchased an E173 because it was known to work with the Pi, however it doesn't support AT&T's 3G network and was hoping to find a 3G or HPSA+ modem with drivers for the Pi distributions. Thanks in advance.
Yes, I can confirm that there are in fact, driver for the E183 modem.
