i am a new htc user and i bought my new htc desire 820 s last week..... but thats not the problem
the problem is that i need to change my device firmware.. its running vietnam variant firmware... i want to change to other variant because my friends are having a good ui and good features+good camera quality compared to me..... pls help me guys... since i am new to HTC, i dont know anything about it.... my current status of my htc rom is untouched. Ie, its not rooted, and i dont have done anything on it as extra fittings.... pls help me guys.... its such a worse situation

i have 2 choice buy used 1 or buy new 1.i think used 1 maybe have lower hboot.just my thinking.please help me?

i bought HTC ONE S online through online website and they have given me optus carrier htc one s 1.7 GHZ version
i have rooted the phone and have installed recovery as weell
now the problem is that the phone is heating a lot while charging and while playing games like temple run and subway surfer
please help me guys

U choose wrong version s3 that heats up and battery hungry(20% both )
U are Indian & then import s3 version are u fool or they cheated with you as s3 version available in India unlocked with HTC India warranty(u rooted that not meant for u )

actually in india we are getting only htc one s with 1.7 ghz processor
and i have tried tried custom roms but my phone not boot up, can you please guide me how to flash a custom rom step by step as i am new to this..
