Help me please, I have a HTC One S C2 (HOS S3) with trouble recognizing the simcard. Will not accept any, I installed other roms and others but the problem persists. I wanted to upgrade the radio but did not dare because only got to the HOS S4 and do not want to lose the phone.
Disculpen mi mal ingles.
Sorry for my bad English.
First of all you should search your latest RUU and flash your phone back to stock. So you will have all software parts in stock and htc tested condition. If it still won't work, maybe you have a hardware problem.

Your original CID from movistar Venezuela was "BSTAR301". There is no matching RUU available, but as your phone is "S-OFF" you can change the CID to
HTC__001
Thats unbranded HTC and you can use unbranded EU RUU
Feel free to ask for furher instructions if needed.

Friend, and I made the switch of CID but do not let me install the RUU (try several RUU and CID, but none works only Super-CID)
It gives me error device identification. In contrast with the Super-CID if I can.
I installed several RUU with Super-CID but it has not solved my network problem.
Discard it hardware problem because the cell recognizes the different telephone networks in my country.
But do not let me connect to either manually or automatically, gives me this error:
**** "Your SIM card not allow a connection to this network."
If possible I would appreciate you follow helping too, as I do not want to lose my HOS

Did you change the CID to "HTC__001" and flashed unbranded RUU? Sometimes you have to flash the RUU twice.
But if i get it right, you're phone is simply SIMLOCKED(such a lock will not be affected by installing another firmware). Are the phone and the simcard Movistar Venezuela?

In the CID "HTC__001" does not allow me to install any RUU.
I can only install the RUU with CID "11111111"
If both your phone and simcard are Movistar.
I've even released the phone and use it with a time of Digitel simcard.
Then I continued using it with Movistar simcard and it worked perfect.
The whole problem started after you turn the phone to leave it charging.
The location where I was had poor coverage so at first thought nothing of it but in the end never returned my connection.
Could be a blocking IMEI?

If the Movistar but had to release (as it comes with blockade by Movistar) had to use the phone Digitel (another operator).
Here in Venezuela crime is strong and to reduce thefts phones are blocked by IMEI and thus avoid the black market so to call it haha.
But it seems weird since I bought him new phone, Movistar would have to go to check they have not locked my IMEI by mistake.
I did not make him change IMEI, saw not necessary.
But if you can make, by chance know how?

Well, the HTC Memphis (or Lancaster according to this) is a variant of the HTC Hero GSM with a keyboard.
The screen that you are stuck in right now (white screen with 3 droids) is the bootloader, and the reason you are stuck is because you tried flashing something that you shouldn't have (either tried a custom rom for another device, or tried flashing a rom without having an unlocked bootloader first).
What you need to do is try to flash an official RUU to your device. The problem, from what I have seen, is that it doesn't seem to exist. Maybe if you go to your carrier's website, they may have it. Also, you could try to flash a Hero GSM RUU but I think this will likely fail.
Good they will see eh bought / changed a cellular mio of clearly with a girl but his cellular one is of movistar the mess is that when I went away to liberating it they said to me that the cellular one already was liberated and that the sign of clear was blocked, eh consulted several "technical personnel" in my city and all say to me that they cannot do anything.. Queria to know if someone for here knows of this or can help me saying a place to me where always IF they could arrange this detail... Investigating encontre this code: *073887*... Which does that SIM asks FOR PIN me UNFREEZING NETWORK ... if of a little help in order that they support me. I would go away to clearly but I have neither ballot nor receipt and do not want that they me seize it obviously, hope that they could help me, thank you in advance.
OBSERVATION: Movistar works normally, when I put the chip of clearly a notice goes out for me to the beginning and since the lines of the sign are void I believe that they are called him a " Negative Band ".

Hello, I have bought an LG Velvet ATT unlocked. I cannot update via OTA because I think it needs an ATT account and sim card for it to update via the ATT network but I live in Europe. I can't find ATT kdz firmware anywhere to manually update so I thought I might as well flash the Canadian android 11 stock firmware since it has the same model number as ATT LM-G900UM. Obviously, the software version numbers are slightly different. I want to keep LGs software because I need it for pen support. I can not find instructions on how to flash another region's firmware but I've read that it's possible as long as the hardware is the same.
Thanks in advance

Hola, he comprado un LG Velvet ATT desbloqueado.

Hi, does anyone know if there is flash software for LG velvet g900um? I still have mine I bought from US, but want to use in the UK. Its AT&T bought device.
Hello and greetings from Mexico.
A couple of months ago a friend brought me an S20 Note Ultra, and it is not the first time that he brings me cell phones for the family, the detail of this equipment is that it is unlocked but after a second it sends the message that is placed in the image [Change Carrier], I would like to know what I could do to be able to use the equipment since it was for me and I have not been able to use it.
I know about flashing roms, but I stopped doing them about 4 years ago. If someone could give me an idea of what to do, I would appreciate it.

No, it is not unlocked. The message that you are seeing means that it is still SIM locked to Verizon.

Hello... I have a Huawei P30 ELE-L04 (C25) from the Claro operator although it is already unlocked because I can use it with any other SIM or Chip. My question is the following. There is a way to change the region and put a stock rom on it since I checked and the Claro operator has not released an update for this model since 2020 because it seems that they abandoned it. Is there a way to make the change?
Thanks in advance
