Towelroot please. - Shield Q&A

Apparently some have the towelroot apk, from when it was released. Have spent all afternoon searching for this no luck. Could someone please be kind enough to pm the apk please. I am currently running Android 4.4.2 and hoping to root by using it thanks in advance.

You can download it from the website. towelroot.com

The version of TowelRoot currently hosted on that official site, is the latest (v3), and will NOT root the Shield Portable...only the Shield Tablet. The version that WILL root the NSP is v1. It can be downloaded HERE.

New FireFox Browser -Can someone upload?

I have tried via the market and the Play site through google, and apparently the X10 is not a supported device. I am dubious about that.
Thanks for the FTP link. As I suspected, FireFox is working and running great on the X10 after a brief test.
Use the Link below for download. :victory:

Select a language of your choice, or select 'multi' for multilingual version
Just a BUMP to indicate that the latest versions can still be found here, despite the X10 not being an "officially supported" device. :good:

So you've used root checker and says your device is rooted? If so I believe you do have root access the app should work regardless of having root or not, have you got superuser installed?
root checker says I don't have root..but my Barclays app nd pingit app both says they don't work on rooted phones nd unable to use them....
so I really don't no if I do have root or not???
yea I got supersu installed

Have you bought the phone from the store, or second hand? If it's from a store, i don't think it's rooted.

You can use root checker app, and I believe you do have root have you got busybox installed? Also if you go into your settings on superuser there's a option to install into /system if you do this it should sort out your problem
There is nothing in there mate at all

You should be able to find in XperiFirm.
You need "Flashtool" for flashing firmwares.
Thanks a lot, I got it
