[Q] root for a Korean Galaxy noste 10.1

Hi there all!
I just got a new galaxy note 10.1 from South Korea and I have some questions.
I tried to find a guide to root the device but I couldn't find anyone specific for this model,
and I'm not sure if it's because I'm new to android (former apple fan, first android based device I own),or just because there aren't any
I hope someone can help me and guide me a little bit

Sorry about that I was sure I wrote that
I have the samsung galaxy note 10.1 model SHW-M480W android 4.1.2
And also another quastion
What rom can I use for this model? Is there aquivalent GT-8*** rom I can use?

I've got the same model that I bought when I lived in Korea last year. The file I've used to root is called
CF-Auto-Root-p4notewifiany-p4notewifiany-shwm480w.tar.md5
I got it somewhere here on the forum (don't remember where, so search for it. I just install it with Odin (again, read the root section on how to use Odin)
As for other firmware, I haven't had much luck. For some reason, the FW installs, but won't fully boot (boot-loops at Samsung screen). I haven't asked any of the smart people on here for help, but there is probably some trick to it. This model appears identical hardware-wise to the 801x models, but I guess it's not. I ran into the same problems with my original Galaxy S phone when I lived in Korea, only it was much different hardware-wise than the international version.
So rooting is easy, other FW, I haven't had luck with, but I haven't tried that hard to change it, either. There have been a few posts specific to this model on here, so search for them, too. But again, very little info on this model.

[Completed] Huawei G750-T20 multilingual

Hello there,
I took my business trip in China to buy a phone on the spot, my brief was simple: A Dual Sim Android Smartphone in French.
The seller sold me a Huawei G750-T01, I was very happy to me to realize that the second SIM slot was not usable in europe ...
So I bought a G750T20 unfortunately I realized after purchasing it was only in Chinese / English. (I thought that Android 4 was automatically multilingual)
Anyway as I wanted to install Google rooter, do somebody know if there is a French ROM, otherwise can you install a ROM of a T00 or download and install it on my T01?

By the way, I find these lovely phone to use, stable and fast. I have no desire to use my S4 that I find less.

Hello. Today i got my new Samsung galaxy s5 active, what i noticed when i was gonna check the version of the phone, i found out it was kit kat 4.4.2. Now, iknow the lollipop is the latest, and my device unfortunatly does not have this update yet (checked kia3) and i cannot find any custom roms, any root guide or nothing for my specific g870f europe (norway) version.. thats just sad cause ive seen like the g870a and some others got many custom roms, root tutorials and so on, but g870f does not Any help/tips would be very much appreciated

Hi guys. I'm looking for a way to root my Vodafone Smart Tab 4G with the latest vodafone uptade(4.4.4). I tried everything(framaroot, towelroot, odin, recovery mode...) nothing is working.
Can some one help me rooting my Vodafone tablet?

Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Because your device is relatively unknown there's very little information available for it unfortunately. The only thread I could find on XDA was this one:
Vodafone smart tab 4G
I'd suggest you take a look in there, it looks like there's a pretty active discussion going on. There may be other sites that can help you too if you use Google to search for your answer.

Hi I have a vodacom smart kicka there is no update to lollipop and no root possible is it possible for anyone to please make a custom lollipop rom for this phone or help me to root this phone but withought pc the phone is made by Alcatel. Thanks

Hello, and welcome to XDA! You could register and ask your question here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/android/help. However, some devices are not sufficiently widely used to attract the attention of developers, so it is unlikely that there will be much development on the vodacom smart kicka.
