I just put in some random words ("T-Mobile sidekick 3 T-jingle") and found it on the very first page. Not exactly rocket science dude

Not trying to be rude but I searched Google its not the one I'm looking for so yea just go reply to some other post cause you're no help. Your lucky I can't talk **** here.

Is this phone meant to be used day to day?

Do you guys think this phone was not meant to be a main phone? I wonder how many real developers use this phone as their main. I know many of you will get upset, but it kind of hit me today.

I'm already on kit Kat..was prompted for n update but it failed...I wonder if it's something I deleted that doesn't allow my firmware to show...Could someone direct me to the path to where it was downloaded

Are you rooted, If so did you remove bloat/install any mods, if you did that might be the reason the update is failing

Safe to freeze list for rooted (Titanium Backup)

Is there a list out for what we can safely freeze?

I've been wondering this too. There is still something running in the background that is updating the phone that is breaking root. It's happened to me 3 times now.

I just used the list in this thread, with some slight modifications to suit my tastes.

Excellent customer service

I cracked my galaxy s8 plus and called Samsung expecting a high repair cost. Once I informed the agent I cracked my phone and apologized for my clumsiness she put me on hold and came back and told me it was free! I'm still dumbfounded...
