[Completed] Where to place requests for the development of NEW Android apps.

Hello.
I tried to ask this before:

but it is clear that I did not explained myself very well
So, what I want is to try to get someone to develop two very simple Android apps (a "volume+" and a "volume-"). I want to know where is the best/proper/most effective place to request that.

[Completed] [Q] Agenda for smartphone

I currently use a Nokia 301.
I'm looking for a smartphone with the same agenda as the Nokia 301.
The key is that the agenda is reported with a chosen noise, and that noise should continue as long until I turn it off, just like an alarm clock.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

[Completed] [Q] Ps4 + Z3 tablet in the same room but no broadband

If I have both the Ps4 console and my Z3 tablet on the same room without broadband connection would it work? I am not talking about remote play once I'll have them both in the same room but using my tablet as a second screen or main screen? I am a security officer and night shift can be a pain without any entertainment.

[Completed] Huawei P8 lite - Text to speech flop

I turned on the text to speech and all of a sudden my phone went haywire. It can't switch off. It does but turn on immediately. My screen is totally unresponsive and I can't turn pages. What do I do?
