[Completed] [Q] How to root lg g3 beat d724 - XDA Assist

Please help me to root lg g3 beat d724, is it really work with purple Drake?

Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Apparently the following method works for your device:
[GUIDE][ROOT] Root your LG L40/L70/L90/G2 mini!
Let me know how you go.

Hello
Thx for the response, i ll try it. Is it work on Android version 4.4.2?

If that one doesn't work there are a couple of other methods:

Thank you very much. I'll try the purple drake method first. If it is not working, is my phone still normal? Sorry to ask you much questions cz im very newbie

If it doesn't work, your phone should still be ok. It's fine to ask questions, that's how we learn. XDA Assist isn't a general helpdesk area though, our purpose is to point people who don't know where to post in the right direction. So if you need to ask any questions about the root methods you can do so in the threads that contain the root methods that I linked you to earlier. Or if you have any general questions about your device the best place for them is the q&a section for your device which is here:

As I mentioned above, XDA Assist isn't a general helpdesk area, our purpose is to point people who don't know where to post in the right direction. If you have a question about that specific method then it's best to post your question in that thread, or general questions about your device can be asked in the q&a section I linked you to above.

Hi,
The xda thread you posted is not for your device, therefore likely won't apply. Here is a discussion on rooting your device. You can ask about it here, after reading it all I'd say...
> General discussion > Questions and Answers > [Q] Root for VM LG Volt
Good luck!

Hi,
The best way to give you lots of info on the rooting is to link you to your device section, here...
> LG Thrill 4G
If you click on the General section and then the Q&A section, you'll see many root threads on the first page of each section.
As far as your display issue, and any other questions you have about that device, please post them in the Q&A section.
Good luck!

[Completed] [Q] Rooting my Nexus device "from scratch." few questions...

Hey, I recently got a Nexus 6, and instead of installing CM as I usually do, I'm going to try rooting and using Xposed. The trick is that I use Linux exclusively, so I can't use the one-click installers. It's a Nexus, so unlocking is a piece of cake, and I know how to use adb and fastboot to install a custom recovery.
From there, I'm not totally sure what to do. I downloaded the SuperSU zip from chainfire, which I'll install from twrp... Then... Do I need to install busybox or something? I guess I'll have to side load xposed after that?
Also, not sure what the update path will be after that. I guess rooting will break OTA... So what do I do?
Sorry for being such a newb! Thanks!
Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. You can find your specific device forum here (bookmark/subscribe this):
Nexus 6
All information for your device can be found within that specific device forum. Within that section you will find a dedicated q&a sub-forum:
Nexus 6 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
I'd suggest you do some reading in your device forum, see if you can find your answers there. If you can't find your answers go ahead and ask your question in the q&a section I linked you to just above, that's the best place for it.
Good luck!

Hi!
Here is your device section,
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-2
The development sections have many roms to choose from, assuming you have installed a custom recovery.
If not, I suggest reading the guides and frequently asked questions threads in the General and Q&A sections... Usually near the top of the first pages.
There's a lot to read and learn about here... You'll need to dedicate time for this hobby.
If you have further questions , you can open a thread in the Q&A section.
Good luck!

That's not how it works
Custom Roms and Custom Recoveries are built by people who own the device

What you are trying to achieve with this thread is admirable, but the very first response gives an idea of the fundamental problem - people refuse to read/educate themselves.
Your thread clearly states its purpose and intentions, and gets ignored straight away. The second query is totally unrelated too and has already taken this off topic
Good luck with this, but i fear it will go downhill fast...

Lol he didn't even bother to ask where he has been directed, he's not dumb, he's just careless, he posted straight away here because this is what he feels like, he's in a public forum, he dose what he wants, he just don't care and there's nothing to do...
