The only way for you is to flash stock firmware from Odin.

my samsung galaxy grand duos gt-i9082l is giving problem so i want to flash it with its official or unofficial mod rom but the heck is that my phones charging or usb port has been damaged!!! so i cant flash official rom by odin!!! so is there any method to flash or install rom to my phone via boot menu`s recovery mode???? The above device is actually the old (2012) model of Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 GT-N8010 (WiFi only).
Any advise will be appreciated as I wish to upgrade the existing 4.4.2 custom rom of this device by installing a 6.0.1 custom rom or some similar.
