Hi
Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Please refer to the XDA Forum Rules for information regarding the creation of duplicate posts/threads. I can see you've been answered in the other thread you created, and that's exactly what I would have said too.
Thread closed, thanks.
So u closed the thread on my question after giving the wrong information? Is that how u deal with issues u can't answer, u just shut it down? Thanks for the help.

Hello. Since you are not a registered member, it's impossible to know which thread you are referencing (all unregistered posters in Assist show as "XDA Visitor"). Please provide a link to the thread in question so we can take a closer look.
Also, the policy for the free XDA Assist service is to provide a reply and then wait for follow up from the original poster. If there is no follow up after a certain amount of time, we assume that the original poster has lost interest or found their answer elsewhere and so the thread is closed.
The goal of XDA Assist is to encourage guests to join our community by becoming a member of the site and to help point people in the right direction to finding their own answers on the site. Questions are not typically answered directly.
So, to further investigate your complaint, we will need a link to the thread in question.
Thanks,

Hi,
While we try that such situations do not arise, but as plain and simple as it may sound - we are not Customer Services for devices. This is XDA and the main purpose of the Assist team is to help you in the right direction. No one is obligated to do so.
If you are all so concerned about your question not answered, do us all a favour and have yourself registered on XDA and then post the question so there is a record.
I will not allow you to take pot shots at our team hiding behind the Guest account.
Feel free to PM me your grievance, but again, please note that this is not a place you can come and have everything on a silver platter - though the Assist team almost does that for y'all.
This thread has been closed, with a warning to you that if another thread on similar lines are opened we will take further action. We expect you to take anything of such nature over PM.
Thanks

Hello and thank you for using XDA Assist.
We cannot provide technical support nor can other members reply to your posts here on XDA Assist but I see that you have already asked the same question in the General forum at http://forum.xda-developers.com/general/general/help-rooting-samsung-galaxy-note-3-t3190375. However, since there is an XDA area dedicated to the Verizon Samsung Galaxy Note 3 at http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-galaxy-note-3 which would be a better starting place, I suggest you post your question with all relevant details in the friendly Q&A forum there at http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-galaxy-note-3/help where the experts familiar with your device will be best able to guide you.
Good luck!
EDIT: Member has now posted in the suggested area. Thread closed.
Hey!
I'm new here, but I thought this would be the best place to ask for help!
So I got the Lollipop update, and I hate it. I was wondering if any of you beautiful human beings could help me get rid of it and reinstall KitKat.
My phone is an LG L90, I have it rooted and I also have a computer with me if needed.
Thanks guys! Any help would be appreciated!

Hi guys, and first of all sorry for this post, i'm not trying to reach 10 treshold, but i wanna just know if it is possible to link images in a post if you are new like me, the system says that you can't link external website (hosting images website), if you don't have at least 10 post as user.
Thanks in advance for the help and sorry again if this is the wrong section.
