[Q] [Help!] Flashtool drivers - Xperia Z3 Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello everyone! I have Sony Xperia Z3 D6603 23.0.1.A.5.77 and I'm trying to root my phone. When i try to flash 23.0.A.2.93 version with Flashtool I got an error saying that I'm missing drivers for my device and that I can find them in flashtool folder. When i try to install those drivers (v1.8) I got another error saying that some drivers failed to install.
This drivers failed to install.
Google Inc (Win USB) AndroidUsbDeviceClass Install Fail
Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications (ggsemc) USB Install Fail
Sony Net
I need those flashtool drivers but i dont know how to find them. Any help with that?
Thank you in advance!

If you are using Windows 8/8.1, you need to disable driver signature verification in Windows before you attempt to install the flashtool drivers.

Of course you do

Thank you guys

For future reference, you can install the drivers without turning off driver signatures by following the instructions here: http://www.usoftsmartphone.com/t237714.html

Which rom did you flash and onto which device?
But the solution with flashtool and PCComapnaion is normally drivers. Find them in the driver folder of flashtool in your c drive

Noah woah woah......
Not fastboot what you need is usb debugging
If you are asking about adb drivers,u need to follow these steps...
Download adb Sony drivers just Google it..it's a small file.. It would be a zip or rar.just extract it and keep it somewhere easily accessible..now enable usb debugging( developer options) .and connect your device to pc....
Wait for a couple of minutes and then
Go to device manager on your computer.if u do not have drivers installed a device(android adb device) with a yellow exclamation mark will be shown...
Now click it and select update driver.select browse for the driver.and point to the location where u kept the extracted files.it will start installing drivers..( if u r in win8 then.disable driver signature enforcement).that should save your day.......
Thank me if I helped you.

I have already installed those drivers (I think). Aren't those the same that come with the flashtool itself?

Can't unlock bootloader, need help with drivers

I'm trying to unlock my bootloader to install a custom rom. "adb devices" command works fine but "fastboot devices" doesn't return anything. In windows device manager i haven't updated drivers because i dont know where to download them. Any help with drivers? I have an "android bootloader interface" option there but windows warns me that it might not be compatible and might break everything.

Just downloading the adb drivers from google's own site made it work on another PC. I think my problem is that Windows has installed the wrong drivers for me. When i plug a device in for the first time, it says something like "setting up your device". I think during that point it installed wrong drivers on my own PC. On my brothers PC everything works like it's supposed to. Any idea how to get Windows to install the drivers again?

Problem persist when you try to install Drivers without valid signature in Windows 10.. Try to DIsable Driver Signature Enforcement..
Link to do it https://windowsreport.com/driver-signature-enforcement-windows-10/
Then try to install Drivers from this link :- https://drive.google.com/file/d/1L7EZGx5mgeQYXO19Vsp9FWu9GXhF45Qs/view
Let me know if that helps..
I have quit the same problem expected that i already have my bootloader unlock and usb debugging turn on...
im trying to flash twrp image, after failed yesterday to apply pixen os11. I had access to fasboot mode and to flash zip etc and my drivers was instaled but now my laptop didn't reconize my phone when plug in in fastboot and is on other devices in my devices manager. I tried to install updates manualy but nothing happened.
i dont know if it is related but i did update windows between my secon attempt to flash pixen os. Maybe the drivers were update in the same occasions ? Because a i have no others problems when my phone is boot normally and can acess to internal storage from my computer.
