For me, the ROM runs great, but No root, No recovery, and Download mode goes straight to Fastboot
AutoRec just gets stuck on the kitkat logo and never opens, Towelroot gets stuck as well.
Anyone have any ideas how i can root and install a working recovery?

Yes, recovery isn't working.

you can flash recovery and laf.img from fastboot mode. Every thing will be ok.

What is "com.tmobile.pr.adapt", its asking for root permissions??????

How is this done?

Ok i seem to have solved my problem.
If you flashed SuperSU after flashing this ROM but still don't seem to have root or recovery - THIS IS WHAT WORKED FOR ME:
Open SuperSU app > Settings
Disable SuperSU > Re-Enable SuperSU
You should now have Root
Now after this i used AutoRec to install a working recovery, then I was able to enter recovery BUT it shows Security Error if i try to reboot after that. (so you can get into recovery once this way if you really need to.)
i had to dirty flash the rom again to be able to boot except it breaks the recovery again. At least i have root now, still no recovery

I also keep getting "Unfortunately, LGSmartCover has stopped".

[Q] Problem with recovery - MOTO G LTE - 4.4.4

I've just bought Moto G LTE and tried to get root. I've already unlocked bootloader, downloaded CWM 6.0.5.0 peregrine and tried to boot it with fastboot boot CWM-6.0.5.0-peregrine.img. Then it entered CWM but after few seconds screen went black and it didn't respond to anything and I needed to hold power button to reboot. The same thing is with last TWRP 2.7.1.0 - peregrine. I don't want to flash recovery until I can boot it in because I'm afraid something could go wrong. Within these few seconds in CWM before the screen got dark I flashed SuperSU so I have root. But I'd like to have working recovery.
Please, is there any guide to solve it?

Unable to update to 12.1

So today I saw that the 12.1 update is downloaded and asking me to install it. But, when I do try installing it the screen is stuck at the Cyanogen Recovery.
The usual options in recovery screen are displayed, why isn't the OS updating?
FYI - My OPO is rooted and also has TWRP recovery installed. I also tried disabling the Update Cyanogen Recovery option but the same option.
Any assistance would be great

You can't flash the OTA with TWRP recovery. You can either flash the stock recovery and then install the OTA, or you can download the full ROM zip and flash that with TWRP.

[G925F] Android Marshmallow 6.0.1 rooted - BETA 2 - TWRP

Ok i noticed not many has the latest MM beta, so there you are:
NOTE: im not responsible for any damage to your phone, by proceeding knox will be tripped
Requirements:
1.- No matter what firmware you have installed, but i would recommend to start from 6.0
2.- Install TWRP
5.1.1
- Into download mode flash TWRP (AP) via Odin (UNMARK auto-reboot)
- Reboot into recovery and do a backup, very important
- Reboot into download mode again flash this kernel (AP) via Odin
- Reboot your phone
6.0
- Into download mode flash this old_bl (BL) via Odin (UNMARK auto-reboot)
- Reboot into download mode again flash TWRP (AP) via Odin (UNMARK auto-reboot)
- Reboot into recovery and do a backup, very important
- Once more into download mode flash this bootloader (BL)
- Reboot your phone
3.- Copy 6.0.1 into /sdcard/TWRP/BACKUPS/XXXXXXXXXXXXX/ XXXXXXXX should be numbers and letters each phone is different, inside you should see your previews backup
4.- Reboot into recovery
only for 6.0
- Into download mode flash this old_bl (BL) via Odin (UNMARK auto-reboot)
- Now reboot into recovery
5.- Go to restore and apply the 6.0.1 backup
6.- Wipe cache and dalvik then install this superSU
7.- Reboot into download mode and flash this sboot (BL)
8.- Enjoy 6.0.1 rooted
NOTE if you have no network just rollback your EFS from your own backup to enter into TWRP you need to flash the old_bl each time and then flash back the sboot to allow the phone boot up (this due to TWRP incompatibility with the MM BL)
Give the phone some time from the first boot
can you make a video of this or details steps.
on also pls advice if this safe to flash on 5.1.1.

Nevermind I will wait for official update....
right, rom is running, but no signal due to "Unknown" Baseband.
baseband from rom wont work
6.0 baseband wont work
5.1.1 baseband even wont work. maybe there is a bug in the experimental twrp version to install 6.0 modems.
Maybe there is a possibility to fix it with an odin 6.0.1 modem file.

I'm affraid that with the restoration of your EFS partition we have bricked our phone. This must be the reason for no baseband version and no IMEI anymore...
Maybe or maybe is just the modem related issue in working on it, you could try to restore your EFS partition from TWRP and report back to discard this

I have made the mistake to overide mine with yours, I don't have it anymore... That's my mistake...
I can't restore my EFS, don't know why.... I will flash my stock firmware and then I will see. How long does it take to fix no baseband issue on this 6.0.1? I'm trying to fix this F**** issue for 6 hours.... No result!

cyanogenmod does it too just not as mutch it happens only like one or twice since I changed the file system. Sometimes not even once or twice. I Switch roms alot though. If you want to try this just hit me up and I will give you instructions on how to do it. You have to have a rom ready to flash and go when you do it.

That the newest version lollipop should work on it. Try changing system to ext4 but swipe factory reset first then click data then change to ext4 then swipe factory reset again then flash rom. Try a a different lollipop ROM. I'm currently using DU. But they all work if you can't flash anything I have been working on stock version of the last 4.4.2 and finally got it to flash via twrp 2.8.6.0. It has root and xposed and app ops adblocker and just got init.d to work just need to do a quick rebuild so init.d sticks via kernel auditor. You can flash it just to get your device going if all else fails.

Mine doesn't reboot and has been optimized. Also try a different ROM to flash but like DU or Mokee there's plenty of other ones. But try changing system to ext4 first. Then flash. I gave you directions on that in post few minutes ago. Try it and see if it works.

I have found the solution of this issue.
The problem is with the FAST DORMANCY service.
When it is active but provider does not support it

cm 14.1 is not getting automatically updated

The the download get completed phone goes to recovery mode but then nothing happens, waited for some time, tried multiple time to install the downloaded updated but nothing happens after it goes to recovery mode.
I don't want to flash it manually and set up all things again.
Is there any way i can install updated cm 14.1 manually and get the same app+ data as it was in previous??
Any help would be appreciated, thanks in advance.
When phone reboots to recovery just tap install.
Navigate to sdcard/cmupdater folder and click the zip. It will update ROM and should not wipe anything.
Reboot
Other than that you can install the twrp listed in the official cm14.1 op.
do it manually
