I've tried many apps, and I cannot record 4k. I've tried Snap Camera HDR, Google Camera and the Aosp camera. Both of which are unable to record 4k (video*recording fails). Does anyone else*have this*issue, and is there a fix?
4k video did work on Cameranext on CM11S, but this issue with third party apps was also there in CM11S. I've searched around, and cannot find a solution.
I'm currently on EuphoriaOS, if it's important, but I'm pretty sure it isn't.
No you can't, you can only record 4k on the CameraNext app.

I have been trying lots of camera apps but all of then kind of suck, what do you guys recommend?
i recommend (and use) both the motorola camera and OpenCamera.
Cyanogen snap camera and for selfies youcamperfect works for me
Just try ported camera from meizu OS. its so fast, best camera so far on Moto G.. search on themes & apps section as "better camera for MOTO G"

Anyone uses the bacon camera app with the official roms? Options like DSLR Effects and High Resolution (24,32,50 mp),etc... are there?

L camera did 120fps back in the days, it's 2018 now and everyone gets slow-mo via stock or Google Camera mods or Magisk modules - EXCEPT US! Any new way to achieve 60/120fps on Nougat/Oreo for N5?

App Only options are mostly due to library, xml file changes which have to be patched specifically to your model and something I don't have the time to maintain for different models.
JPG quality on S10 / N10 default is awful at 92 compression.

If possible at all, would be with virtual xposed.
Used the mod with my rooted s8+, even bought the app. Would love to use it on my s10+too, but too lazy to bother with rooting. Hope there is a way to make it work on unrooted s10+.
Can anyone confirm if the Photo Edge Sharpening adjustment is actually working? I've always kinda liked the S10+ cameras but not so much the standard processing due to over sharpening. If this setting adjustment works and makes a big difference (would love to see some comparisons if anyone knows where to find them), I might actually root the S10+ I have just for that.
Why can't Samsung not just update there own camera to be like this then?

Is there anyway I can make it 100% without root? Or another camera app with the mods that I can just simply download and install? I really don't wanna unlock and flash magisk on this phone.
