i updated my htc one m7 to lolipop already,so what should i do to root my phone with cyanogenmod12.For your info,my phone is locked and gsm model. Please provide step by step guide . Help me

i recently bought a HTC One M8 32gb version in the middle east. It actually was meant for USA for AT&T but the sellers unlocked the phone n sell it there. I have been searching a lot on how to update my phone manually to lollipop. the phone has S-off enabled. can somebody help me?
