Just received this the other day, and I've been very impressed. Low cost, good quality it seems. Performs just fine on my Nokia charger that I got for $25 :3
Bulges somewhat, but my case seems to handle it and hide it well. Charging speeds seems typical of Qi standards.
Have not got a chance to test NFC yet, but I'm sure it will function fine.
So if you want wireless charging for your lovely S4 and you've got 15 bucks. Pick this bad boy up!

Does it still fit in any slim case with that slight bulge you mentioned?

your nfc will no work unless you peel the back sticker on this one. there's like a 100 review on this receiver.

looking for a slip case/pouch

Guys I'm looking for a leather slip case/pouch for nexus 4. What I have in mind is something like blackberry cases where its rigid design (retains shape without phone inside and something that is made FOR nexus 4 so it's a snug fit but not impossible to remove.

I was actually thinking of getting one. I saw this one on amazon, it was the only one I could find that didn't have one of those pull tabs. Reviews seem decent and only £2

I know this one says made for the S3. But I've been using it for my Nexus 4. It fits perfectly. Snug enough that it won't fall out but also not tight enough that you'll have to struggle to get the phone out.

Does anyone think the Blackberry Z30 case will fit the N4/ bumper? The BB Z30 dimensions are 140.7 x 72 x 9.4 mm (5.54 x 2.83 x 0.37 in) and the N4 dimensions are 133.9 x 68.7 x 9.1 mm (5.27 x 2.70 x 0.36 in)

I guess test it, sometimes cases fit and sometimes not. It depends often on the material...

Messenger bag for tab 8.4

can anyone please recommend a good and small messenger bag just for the Samsung galaxy tab 8.4 of good material but preferably leather.

I've been googleing and amazoning myself without too much success.
it's just too small for a common messanger bag and too large for the pocket.
since I dropped my note 3 into the toilet I'm using the tab S LTE as phone. so it's got to go with me everywhere...

I've been using the caseHolster from Urban Tool. It's not a messenger bag but you can wear it around the shoulder or waist. The padding kept my Tab S 8.4 and Note 3 protected. At first I found it uncomfortable wearing it while driving but I soon got used to it.

Is anyone bought similar bag from ebay ? Give me link please.

For my tab s 10.5 I use a protection bag from Qilive, it's not leather but it do the job perfectly, a good protection and beautiful aspect.

i-blason armorbox with samsung qi wireless back

Heres a few pics of the note 4 with samsung qi back and the iblason armorbox. phone charges great thru the back with no issues. its dusty and ive dropped it twice using it in a machine shop and the phone is undamaged/unscratched. looks brand new if you remove it from the case.
finger print reader is disabled due to front plastic but nfc/cam/rear spo2 sensors all work ok

It's funny because this is the only case that actually fits the Note 4 with the modified back cover to accommodate the wireless charging feature. I'm returning my wireless cover to Samsung; there's no point to constantly remove and re-fit my Otterbox Defender when wirelessly charging. If only if samsung employed better design specialists. The cover warms up your device considerably according to other reviewers for the wireless back cover Made by Samsung. Add a case on top, there goes a meltdown. .
It's good to know though, that the i-Blason case fits well. Initial reviews of this case seemed to be fake, so I resorted back to Otterbox. I bet you that iBlason's suppliers are the same employees making cases for Otterbox, haha. I knew I should have purchased the i-Blason case. Cheers!

mine stays at a reasonable temp with the samsung qi back and the armorbox. never seen it heat up significantly. it gets a little warm but not excessive.

I think it depends on the charger. When on my nexus charger, it stays cool. On one of those cheap charging pucks it heats up quickly.

Might there be a docking station for the Note 4 that's usable while the phone is in a case?

Not that I'm aware of. The Note two official dock works a treat with the Note four, but regrettable not with a case.
You'll find a case-friendly dock nigh impossible to come by because if it fits in the dock with a case on chances are it wouldn't fit properly without one. And then if a company DID decide to go that route they'd have to choose WHICH case to tailor their dock for, as many case have different thicknesses. A silicone case? A metal one? A flip case? They're all profoundly different when it comes to something like a dock that needs a snug fit to work well.
Unless you're handy with woodwork/metalwork/lego you can make your own dock to charge your device with your chosen medium and a USB cord. I know there's a guy somewhere who made a sweet-ass lego one that fits his QI charging mat in.
Sorry, I know it's not the answer you wanted to hear. Hope it helps nonetheless.

I bought an RND dock that does work, but with a caveat; if you have a case, the phone is basically balancing on the USB port itself, with no other support. I guess the only way they could think of to fit any sort of case was to have a removable insert on the base, but it then means you're not supporting your phone completely. Not thrilled about that, but I was getting tired of prying my case off every night just to dock it, so this is the best solution I could find.

Which case are you using? That might help. I have the Note 2 Dock which worked w/ my Note 4, but not when it was in the UAG case.

The Note 4 with that case works in the Note 2 smart dock; you do have to cut the USB port cover off but then it's perfect.

There's a kidigi one that has an insert for naked phone and take it off for a reasonably thick case.

Check out the lamdba dockings (search for "docking lambda"). Can be adapted from 1-10mm in thickness of the phone and the phone is not only standing on the connector
