Hello, this is herna from XDA Assist, I will help you with that.
Sometimes when you allow some websites to access your Facebook profile they can control most of your activity and do actions for you.
So maybe someone got your account information and password, which I don´t believe. Or maybe the website you allowed to access your account is just giving like to all the websites where it is connected.
If you want to take control about what websites you have given access and regret the access to them you need to go on your laptop or PC, login on your facebook account, then log into Settings and then on Applications. There you´ll see a list of all websites you gave access. I would recommend you to deny the access to all of them and delete all of them.
Wish I helped and waiting your reply

To learn a saved password in web browser?

Hello everybody,
My brother opened his facebook account in the web browser of my HTC Sensation. He did not sign out and his account is still open.
Is there any way of learning his saved password from somewhere in the phone? Maybe from a cookie or registry? I searched a lot but could not find any method for this. I need your help.
Thanks.
Why cant you just go to settings and allow cookies

I did not understand your solution. Can you explain?
What kind of person goes through extreme measures to try and figure out their brothers facebook password?

Any cookies will have encryption on them, so no, you're not going to get your Brother's password.
You have 2 options.
Delete all cookies, therefore deleting your Brother's login to his Facebook account and returning his privacy.
Frape the crap out of him and teach him never to log in and tick "remember me" unless he's happy for everyone else to use the same account.
Personally, I'd go for number 1, but that's just because I'm not someone who takes pleasure in other people's discomfort.

See what you have done uptill now is totally fine. If the person was to use the internet to get your password . There's nothing more you can do about it apart from changing your password. I suggest you get one of the following apps from the playstore ( considering you have g-apps on your phone and you are logged into it ) ASAP : Wheres my Droid ? or Prey.
Lost my android.. or Lost droid
If he were to use the internet to access your accounts, then you can make him force download these and track your device. That may help you to track your phone.
You should also consider cancelling your SIM card ( or cancelling your phone service ) asap, or alternatively you can track your phone using your SIM card if you provider assists you with that . You can get all the details about your IMEI etc on your phone purchased box.
All the best in recovering your phone / stopping someone from misusing it ! :good:
I have changed the password of my gmail account so i dont think its possible to use wheres my droid or prey and thanx btw for your reply, relieved me from a lot of worries..
Gmail changed now it'd over phone gone
You could have installed plan B from play store on it

[Q] Issues with Attachments/Download app

Hi there,
I bought a brand new Nexus 5 and happy as a giddy clam, BUT I have serious issues with downloading attachments in the gmail app.
There are various issues such as attachments wont download, when they do the save option is blanked out, if its not blanked out I hit save but it doesnt show up anywhere on my device, not in the Gallery app nor the Photos app.
I set up my own pop3 email account and just dont know what is wrong.
Hope someone will be able to help me.

facebook password

Hello!
I borrowed my android tablet to my gf. I need to get her facebook password.
Is it possible?
When she will give it back to me, she will log out of the facebook app of course.
Also im logged in to google with my account, so I can install apps.
I don't know if this is the right place to post, I thought it was sort of hacking ..
THanks
No, and yes, this is hacking...so thread closed...sorry.

Can apps see my login details?

Hi
I just found an app for my school scheme (which set alarm, notifications about new classes and so).
But I'm curious if such an app can see my login details and what I do in it when I use i.
The rights it asks for is
Identity
Pictures/media/files
So what i'm asking, is what this app more specific can do. As it's some random dude who made it. The app itself is more than great, but I don't want that he have my login details to my school.
Thanks in advance
Login details to what?

If I login on the app to my school. Can the app send the data to the "guy" who made the programs with the listed permissions the app use?
So you're asking if some random school app is able to share your login details with the app developer, right? So, I'm asking again, login details to what?
I think that the application is made by some of the students, and every student have its username/pass to login to the school system and see schedules, exams, etc. I think that the developer can somehow collect usernames and passwords.
Oh, then it's dependent on the server and not the application itself. Passwords can be either stored in plain text or encrypted/salted/hashed. I wouldn't worry too much about the admin getting hands on my account on his own server. Bad things can happen if you use the same password for other stuff too - but you should never do it anyway.
