Hey guys! New honor 6 user here! I flashed cm11 for l04 version. I love everything about it. I just have one problem. The default media path is set at internal storage. So whenever I receive/ download anything, it goes to internal. Eg all the whatsapp media goes to internal. So, is there any way to change it?
Also I notice that there is no "move to sdcard" option. I'm aware that it's greyed out for almost all the apps today but this rom doesn't have this option in settings.
Can anyone help me?
Install xposed framework and download2sd module. Open it once instslled activated and rebooted. Set download location to wherever you want.

hi,
i have a new problem that start in the last few days ,from some reason i can't install new apps and update existing apps- its say: "update unsuccessful" after its download the update and try to install it.
i also tried to delete some apps in order to get some more free space and now i have 50Mb but i still have the same problem.
please advice,
Hello friend , i want to help you out but I'm in the dark, you didn't mention witch app you can't update and if you use a custom rom or stock rom.
Whatsoever IF you can't update an application that was included in your rom and you using a custom rom most of the times they cannot be updated or uninstalled. The best way is to ask your rom's developer to update the rom with the newest versions of the applications you want. Another way (risky way) is to download titanium backup from market, this app gives you the option to uninstall apps builted in rom , after removing the app install the newest version one.
i must warn you uninstaling a builted in app may have bad result to the rom, i suggest a backup before trying this.
About your storage , does your rom has a2sd ? If yes you are OK unless you have really big number of installed apps cuz internal memory still saving a small amount of the apps data(i don't know exactly how it works).
I hope i helped you out and good luck with any decision you ull take.
First, thanks for your attention.
I have Cyanogen-6.1.0-N1-signed and app2sd app.
The apps that i tried to update are not built-in apps(lookout, sms backup...) and i also tried games but still i had the same error...i think i will try to uninstall the relevant apps and reinstall them maybe it will solve the problem...
Kindly check under the "CyanogenMod Settings" - > "Application Settings"
try to disable (uncheck) first the "Allow application moving" and make sure the "Install Location" is set to automatic or Internal..
Lets see if this fix your problem..
if nothing works, try the workaround i have detailed

May be play store is updating. It happens to me too. Let it be for an hour or so and see in Settings>Apps. If its updated you can do whatever you wanted.

thanks @iamrohit7 for ur comment, but i think the issue was regarding the RC1 build particularly on memory side. but my problem is solved already thru this link http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2673072. thanks to @shubhojit89 for sharing the link =)
Here is my current issue I'm having. I was on Snapchat trying to record a video and when trying to record it says "There is a problem with your SD card". So I tried to re-install Snapchat but before doing so I wanted to backup all my saved snaps so I went into Quickpic and tried to create a new folder and it said "Create folder "Snapchat Backup" failed!". So I went to ES File Explorer and tried to make a folder there and it said "Sorry, operation failed". So I'm assuming it's a write problem.. Couldn't find any effective solutions online so decided to try my luck here.
What I did before I encountered the issue. I was browsing through the Xposed framework and came across modules for snapchat like KeepChat. Installed KeepChat version 3.6 and it worked yesterday however starting today whenever I open up Snapchat it lags out and takes quite some time before I can actually interact with the UI and tap and swipe and all that. I googled my issue and found another version of KeepChat, version 3.6.2, from here and it worked for awhile until I tried to record a video on Snapchat and it gave me that error of my SD card. Also installed another module called SnapChat Full Caption. Uninstalled it and that didn't solve the issue.. Someone help me please.
Using a OnePlus One 64GB if that helps. Rooted (Which is obvious LOL). Also, admins please help me move this thread to a section when I can get most response from (the right section in other words). Thanks!
Hey Guys,
i got a little Problem with "Samsung Apps" on my Galaxy s6 (Stock Rom Android 5.0.2).
I rooted it, and thougt i should delete some of the System Apps. I also removed "Samsung Apps" thinking i won't need it.
After i wanted to download some Camera features i got the error : "com.sec.android.app.samsungapps is disabled", but i can't enable it ( yeah, maybe beacause its gone)
So i tried reinstalling it, using the Apk from this thread :
http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s4/themes-apps/hot-galaxy-s6-apps-t3041330
not functioning "Can't install the App"
also i tried getting the apk from the Stock "app" folder or "priv app" of the system dump, and copying the folders on my S6 device (to the same path)
http://zidroid.com/download-samsung-galaxy-s6-g920fxxu1aobn-system-dump/
still not able to reinstall. Reboot didn't change anything.
So last but not least, a factory reset didn't work either.
It has cleared everything and set the device to default settings etc, but "samsung Apps" is still not listed anywhere.
The question: does anyone have a clue how to reinstall it ? or do i have to download the Stock Image and flash it ?
Thanks for your time

I think the proper section for this would be the Q&A forum. Anyway, if you copy the app make sure to set the right permissions. In any case, if you flash a stock image over the one you have now, the problem should be solved. If it's not solved, a factory reset after that should fix it.

Ok thanks for the hint with the permissions.
I used der folder /system/priv-app/
and copied the Galaxy_Apps_3xh_zero.apk to my S6 path.
installing still wasn't working after setting the permissions ro rw-r-r- (like the other working apps)
i'm not sure, but i think it's something like an autostart path, so rebooting the phone after these steps, fixed my problem.
thread can be closed or whatever

Find the stock firmware then flash the device with PC and your devices compatible flashing tool.
I DO NOT PROVIDE HELP IN PM, KEEP IT IN THE THREADS WHERE EVERYONE CAN SHARE
I'm not getting stock firmware in huawei website.
Tuusually I can free space on the internal memory of the phone in this way: settings - memory - internal archive - cached data (translation from Italian, excuse me). with my current phone, Huawei CUN-L21 Android 5.1 EMUI 3.1 I can not do it. nothing happens with a tap. another problem is that I can not move apps on the sd card. the option is there, but it is disabled (lighter color). what is the real problem of my phone?
