[Completed] question about my nexus 6's drivers - XDA Assist

When I connected my phone to the computer for the first time it said it was installing device drivers. When connected to unlock the boot loader however. It will say charging but continue to say connect USB. And I check device manager it tells me there are no drivers to install and that there are none on my phone? So very frustrated. Does anyone know why this is happening?

[Completed] HELP!!!! I can't transfer files to my Moto G (XT1034) via USB (No OS runnning)

Lately i ve been having issues transfering files via USB to my Moto G 1st Gen (XT1034), so i looked through the web and i found out that if i changed my rom maybe i could fix it, so i decided to update my Moto G to Android 5.0 using Cyanogenmod 12, but i accidentally flashed a cwm version built for 2nd Gen Moto G and installed a rom built for 2nd Gen too that i had previously downloaded. After flashing and installing the rom it just bootlooped and now i cant transfer a Moto G 1st Gen rom to fix it!!! I ve tryed adb but i got "error: device not found", i ve also tryed manually installing those android USB drivers from a youtube video (Called How to Copy Files Over to your Android In a Bootloop with No OS using ADB!) but when i select the inf file i get a message telling me that those drivers are not supported on my 64 bit system.
Help me please im freaking out.
Hi, thank you for using XDA Assist. It sounds to me like you need to return your device to stock at this point. See if this helps, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2542219 Check Motorola's web sit to see if you can find the firmware there. If not, see if anyone here can help, http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g/help Just make sure the firmware you download is for your specific model number.

Thank you for replying. I ve already checked that, but i didnt tryed it because the files were uploaded to filefactory and it would take 2 hours to download the file, but it guess i ll just have to wait for it. My biggest problem is that adb isnt recognizing my device and i dont know how to fix it.
OK, try this. With your device connect to you PC via USB go into device manager. Do you see an icon with a yellow exclamation mark? If so right click and go to where it lets you chose from a driver from a list on your computer. Chose the Android composite ADB interface,

[Completed] [Q] Lg Volt SoftBrick

My Lg Volt is a rooted device, i screwed up a flash and now its stuck in boot loop. My computer see's it (its in device manager) but i can't install adb to get it into TWRP (which I have installed on it, it is also a rooted device). I keep going into the update device driver thing in windows device manager. and giving the google adb driver system path and windows just say" you already have the best drivers installed already" or something similar to that. ALSO the device is stuck as "MTP USB DEVICE". PLEASE HELP!
Hello, thank you for using XDA Assist.
Unfortunately there is no dedicated forum for that device. Also I haven't found any way to make your device boot to recovery via some key combinations, which is weird since every device basically has that way.
Try asking the same thing HERE in the Android Q&A section.
Good luck!

[Completed] How to unbrick Xperia S lt26i [not a noob]

I have a Xperia S running cm 12.1 with unlocked bootloaders TWRP installed and i tried to partition my SD card [http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2584759] but clearly something went wrong and now the phone wont boot. I made a lot of research and tried everything but all the guides require to be able to boot into flashmode . My phone is dead the only sign of life is a red led when its charging which after some hours of charge will shut off. When the light is off and the phone connected on PC, the PC can recognize the device on unspecified devices (QHSUSB_DLOAD). i have installed all the needed drivers from Sony, google drivers from sdk, and adb drivers(adb wont see the device and i tried everything to do so, but nothing seem to work). I got a market for android on my pc called mobogenie that when i connect the phone it detects that a phone is connected but wont see what phone. The hardware reset buttons work but its useless in the current position. Concluding, the phone is bricked and wont open in fastboot-flashboot-bootloader-TWRP, its recognized as a device but not as "Xperia s" i got all the drivers and i want to flash the original firmware (already downloaded) to fix it. A possible problem is that the partition table is destroyed and after the flash it will hopefully be restored. The problem is not on the hardware but on software. I tried to trigger the download mode with the Samsung way (USB jig, 300k ohm ) but nothing happened as expected. Every solution i found required flash mode which is not accessible at the moment and i tried lots of things to go into fastboot(ever the rubber band trick, remove the battery etc). PLEASE help i dont know what to do, please help me flash it (i already got flashtool, Emma) or anohter solution. Thanks for the help in advance. (its my first thread in the forum, i hope to post it on the right section, i posted it here because i need the assistance of the developers i guess)
