Hi, I'm on 915G... Is there someone who prefer and it's using 4.4.4 over 5.0.1?? Why? Does someone managed to root 5.0.1 on N915G?

Try with CF-Auto-Root from ChainFire. It contains SuperSU v2.36
Simply flash SuperSU 2.36 from a custom recovery.
Just flash any of the latest 4.4.4 recoveries and flash the supersu.zip

Go to the nexus 7 forum and look for the pre rooted 5.0.2 firmware. Flash that with twrp and you're updated without loosing root.

I did flash lollipop 5.0.1 N915GXXU1BOB7. because xposed framework not compatible with lollipop, I'm turning back to kitkat 4.4.4 N915GXXU1ANK4
I'm rooted on kitkat now having used towelroot. I was thinking about upgrading to
D80130b lollipop but wasn't sure if towelroot will still work. Will it? Can someone who is updated to lollipop try towelroot and let me know? Thanks
I'm running 5.02 Lollipop and would like to install Xposed. I read some stuff on boot loops, is anyone successfully using Xposed? What version/type?
Thanks.
