Because new iPhone software has new restrictions.

You can try to install a custom rom, they usually have the latest version. I don't know if that model is supported anymore.

You will have to wait till they release the KITKAT version for your device. When they do, you can do a software update. Till then you are free to use aa KITKAT based rom for your device

You have to search for it, Try google for example also there must be be a KK version released for you phone,
flashing a random KK Rom will hard brick your phone.

How to downgrade android 8.0.0 to android 6

I use sony xz F8332, my current phone is in version 8.0.0
I want to ask is there a way to get back to android 6? If I can not, please guide me back to Android version 7
I had a lot of problems with version 8, my wifi connection was lost frequently.

Just search the stock firmware you want and flash it with flashtool.
