it seems you did something wrong when change the bootanimation, just wait and your xperia l will go in to homescreen and if you have the previous bootanimation just replace your recent bootanimation with the old one

Hmm so you dont have CWM? Well, then you can just download SUS (Sony Update Service) and Repair your device. Basically it will just flash stock jb on your phone

me too, so I flashed the stock one and got it back
you need to flash an custom kernel which mounts system and rootfs as rw partition
otherwise framework keeps crashing because of insufficient perms

Problem with Fastboot

Hey I've been trying to flash kernel via fastboot mode in flash tool but I'm facing a strange problem... Flashtool drivers have been installed properly so don't tell me to install drivers again... Flashmode works perfectly, I can flash ftf files but in fastboot it shows the error as shown in the pictures.... If anyone knows what could be the cause behind this, do let me know.... Thanks.

What is the version of android you have in D2203? 4.4.2 or 4.4.4?
If you can not send by FlashTool then you try to use adb.
Go to the folder FlashTool \ x10flasher_lib.
Copy the img file to that folder and then open a command window and you execute the following command: fastboot flash boot xxxxxxxxx.img

Now I'm stuck on 'waiting for device' BTW, I've installed this new build of AOSP and I'm just stuck on the boot animation... There's no recovery installed that's why I wanted to install this recovery from the AOSP zip package.

I also flash the latest version available for my D2203 (
AOSP_L_MR1_150504_flamingo) and the same happened to me.
After the Sony logo appears, the screen turns black and does nothing!
It's a bug not yet solved xD

Hey I was able to solve the problem.... I just restarted the computer... Then it detected fastboot mode too... And I flashed the latest AOSP build but it's still unstable... Camera isn't there and dull display. Rest all fine, wifi, network, bluetooth, wake up from lockscreen.
PS. in order to flash the AOSP rom, you need the new open device bootloader.... flash that first and then flash the AOSP rom and it'll boot up

Xperia L doesn't work

My xperial L c2105 phone doesn't power on. When I press the power button the phone vibrate, but there are not any word in the screen.
When I connect the charger it doesn't charge.
But fastboot mode and flashmode work correctly.
Sometimes the red indicate light shows continuesly

Before I start to offer ideas on the issue do you have any idea what caused this to start?
Did you flash a custom ROM/Recovery/Firmware to the phone or did it just stop working ?

Yes. I try to unlock bootloader by official way. But i couldnt unlock it on that way. So I unlocked it using flash tool.
Then i install cwm recovery. But after that i couldnt turn on my phone. I think i did some mistake.

Then the best option is to download the flashing tool for your device and flash the stock firmware to it using fastboot. That should get it into a working state which you can then work from to install a custom recovery.

Before booting/after flashing the firmware make sure you reset the device in recovery so it has a "clean slate" to boot to as this should remove any old apps/settings from the previous firmware/ROM that could cause it to bootloop
