Hello
According to technical specifications : Yes, it should work with any >=Android 4 device.
I am using it tih a Caterpillar B15Q.(works with Motorola Defy,Samsung Galaxy mini 2 too (Huawei wear is not shown in play store in galaxy mini 2, but I think if I install a Cyanogenmod with Jelly Bean or KitKat it will work too,I will check it later)).

[Q] CMW Recovery for Samsung Galaxy Precedent?

Hi I just got the Samsung Galaxy Precedent and I want to install a custom ROM on it. I don't really like the current firmware personally. I already rooted it and installed Rom Manager. When i try to flash it for Clockworkmod Recovery, it gives me a list of phones:
-Commtiva Z71
-Dell Streak
-Geeksphone ONE
-Huawei Ascend
-Huawei Ascend 2
-Huawei Pulse
-Huawei Pulse Mini
-Huawei U8220/U8230
-Micromax A70
-Spice MI700
None of them are even close to Samsung Galaxy Precedent... Can someone make a guide for me or give me a link? That would be very helpful!!!! Thank you.

[Q] android 4.3 for galaxi note 10.1 gt-n8010

Is anybody working to port rom from galaxy note 10.1 2014, to bring full functionality from galaxy note 10.1 2014 to gt-n8010?
Not sure if that is necessary because Note 10.1 will porbably be updated directly to Android 4.3 in the near future. Btw , the old Note 10.1 will receive support even until Android 5 according to SamMobile

But are we going to get android 4.3? Or at least 4.2.2?

I think , we will get directly 4.3 with the goodies from Note 10.1 2014. Why bother Samsung working on 4.2.2 when they allready are working with 4.3 on Note 10.4 2014 and Note 3. Take example the S3 which has 4.1.2 and allready has been announced that in December it will be directly upgraded to 4.3 .

Porting over from 2014 requires some extra stuff, Good CM base and knowledge how to get it to boot
