[Q] Stuck at HTC screen with 4 triangles - HTC Sensation

Hello, please can someone help me. I have stuck at HTC logo with 4 triangles in each corner. I'm S-on and locked bootloader. I have an unlock code from HTCDEV site. I put the 'fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock.bin' into command line, all OK. But than no screen with the possibility confirm unlocking is not appearing. Is it possible to confirm the unlock code from fastboot command?

Actually you need to be on fastboot mode
Type this command to reboot the bootloader
fastboot reboot bootloader
Check if the hboot screen shows fastboot usb
then type again the unlock code command

Hello,
I have same problem,
In step 9 (HTCdev Unlock Bootloader) command "fastboot flash unlocktoken Unlock_code.bin" ended OK,
but in step 10 on device's screen is the disclaimer, which is "invisible" on screen with 4 triangles ("blind" pressing vol. up and power do nothing)
Any solution?
Best regards
Kosek

does your hboot screen says fastboot usb?
did you put the unlock code.bin in your adb and fastboot folder?
also type in the cmd fastboot devices and see if it detects it

because you need to have the Unlock_code.bin file which was sent to your mail by HTC during HTC-DEV unlock?
also you have adb/fastboot files ? have you ever used them ?
if not i would suggest you to follow this link to the letter

[Q] Unrecoverable bootloader error - Bootloader locked

Hi,
I would like to know if there is anyone who knows how to unlock the bootloader on a TF300T with the Unrecoverable bootloader error. I have access to fastboot, yet the "fastboot oem unlock" command doesn't unlock the device.
The entire device is wiped due to following another tutorial for fastboot to recover from the bootloop error, so there is no more way to enter recovery or cold start android... the device has two options, fastboot mode, or being stuck at the asus logo untill the battery runs out. Adb doesn't recognise the device, even with windows drivers installed.
I can't flash anything with fastboot as the bootloader is locked.
Is there a way to unlock the bootloader, or is it gonna cost me repairs?
Grtz

[Q] How long should it take to unlock using Moto's method?

I am trying to unlock the bootloader on my wife's 1st gen moto g, using the method on Motorola's website:
fastboot oem unlock UNIQUE_KEY
copy and paste UNIQUE_KEY to the website
fastboot oem unlock UNLOCK_KEY
At this point, the site says:
"If the line was entered correctly, you will see a message confirming that your device was unlocked.
Congratulations! Your device will now reboot..."
Except the phone is just sitting at a black screen with "Unlock..." in blue. Should I just force a reboot or leave it for a while (its been about 10 minutes already)?
EDIT - I pressed the vol up button and this executed the command. How do I get rid of the unlocked bootloader warning splash screen now?
You can flash a new logo.bin file using fastboot.

Stuck after unlocking bootloader?

Hi everyone,
Today I decided to root my Mate 9.
I started out with turning 'OEM unlock' on and usb debugging. With ADB installed and the huawei drivers, I began to unlock my bootloader. On the 'EMUI Huawei' homepage I filled out my device details and obtained an unlock code. I opened ADB and checked with 'adb devices' if my device was there. It was. So I continued with typing 'adb reboot bootlader'. After that I typed 'fastboot devices'. My device was still showing up. I typed 'fastboot oem unlock CODE (with the code). On my screen I pressed 'Yes'. Bootloader unlocked.
After this step I tried to flash twrp with the command 'fastboot flash recovery xxxx.img'. I couldn't continue because every adb/fastboot command keeps failing (remote: command not allowed). Now when I boot up my phone it shows 'your device has been unlocked and can't be trusted'. Phone=unlocked, FRP=locked. I can't do anything.
Device: Mate 9 L29C432B198
What did I do wrong or what did I missed? :crying:
I had this issue at first to had to redownload the original rom via the phone recovery this will fix the frp lock then u have to unlock and flash twrp 3.1.01 that is linked in the threads on here
Did it format after it unlocked?
You can try fastboot oem relock UNLOCKCODE
Then go to Settings -> Dev options -> enable OEM Unlocking
Then unlock again.
It probably will fail though if FRP is locked, but worth a shot.
Edit: It's supposed to say
PHONE Unlocked FRP Unlock
