So i installed the leaked lollipop rom and i didn't liked it, the battery didn't lasted as long as on kitkat and i had lag in youtube (not in the video itself but while scrolling through the app while a video was playing). [I9500] Easy way to downgrade from official Lollipop 5.0.1 to official KitKat 4.4.2
Even though it worked for me i don't guarantee it will work for you because this is a guide for i9500, but i thought i would share this.

Hi all !
I have recently purchase samsung galaxy s4(i9500). Ithought thatit would be 4.2.2 jelly bean android os before purchasing.but i got 4.4.2 kitkat os.as a result of it my ram run 1.34-1.56 gb out of 1.82 gb. But one of my friend using it bellow 1gb ram in 4.2.2 jelly bean with same apps.i have also tried to download 4.2.2 for i9500. But no one links are not working.
Please send me a link where i can download the official firmwire of 4.2.2 and inform me the details procedure.

Apparently it is possible to downgrade to 4.3 if you are on 4.4.2 and you have not upgraded to version 4.4.4 yet.
Do you have any news about the supossed downgrade from version 4.4.4? Do you know if someone is working on it?
Actually I'm on 4.4.2 but yesterday I upgraded to 4.4.4...

Running on 4.4.4 Kitkat, stock Rom and rooted already with Kingroot 4.0, so far its working ok but unable to install xposed yet. It runs on 64bit processor and i heard thT performance wise it'd be a huge boost if its on Android Lollipop. Any custom Rom for thiz that runs on Lollipop?

It is by far the cheapest octacore 64bit phone, spec wise, with lots of battery juice around. It was just release 2weeks ago here in the philippines. On stock is kitkat 4.4.4 and already on ART, was just thinking that with specs like these running on Lollipop would fully show its true potential.

Just upgraded my A5 with the Russian release of Lollipop. Everything went well. Don't know how to root this Lollipop so I want to revert to Kitkat 4.4.4.
Can I use Odin and load kitkat and re flash? I saw some posts on this but just want to make sure it applies to my A5. Or is there a special way of downgrading? Please help. Thanks!
