Desire HD DEVS got Flyer Software working on Desire HD. Its working on Desire S too. And its working well and its enough fast.
Attention: Do not install this, if you dont know what you do. We need get Camera and Phone working. DEVS Please HELP! Go to Orginal thread.
I got Wifi, Mobile Data, GPS, Sound, Display, Apps working. Just Telephone & Camera closes itself.

How to Install:

2- Copy to your SD Card. Install but do not reboot!

Bugs:
No reboot menu - only power off. - use quick-boot app to reboot to recovery, restart.
Camera shows 6 mp cant select 16mp. - use stock camera.zip.
internal sd card shows 48gb - dont belive its fake.

Dpi is all messedup in notifications panel
No weather widget is disappointing
Setting dip is little stretch out horizontally
V2 final version was much more better than this bro

Yeah its cause the port ROM is of lower resolution.
If u come from xperia ROM then u feel it more.
