Thanks for writing to us at XDA Assist. Unfortunately I can't find any information at all for your device on XDA. This is pretty common for low-spec and low-popularity devices such as this, they just don't receive attention from developers. I can only suggest you keep searching and hope that someone decides to develop for your phone.

By today's standards it is a low-spec device. Developers generally create ROMs for devices that have a large user base to make it worth the effort they have to put into it. This device is low-spec, and it doesn't seem to have a user base at all on XDA (you're the only person who's ever mentioned it), so it doesn't really fit the criteria for a developer to take interest in it.
You can try asking your question in the general q&a section here:
Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting
But the chances of a dev taking up the project are extremely slim. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
