[Completed] [Q] Cant find info/resources for Zopo C7, where to start.

I have a zopo Zp990, C7.
To say it has problems would be an understatement. It isn't the best purchase I have ever made.
Long story made short, the zopo is so buggy I tried using it for about a month, fiddled with it for a couple more and then put it back into its box. I recently got it out to use as a wifi device (because that's all it is good for) and got to thinking... I could use this to learn a little about the multitude of options available to Android users ( I am a complete "Beginner" ).
Unfortunately I cant find much in the way of info/resources that are zopo zp990 specific.
The device is 2x32gb Captain S model running 4.2.1 and it is rooted (with eRoot).
My next step was going to be the installation of CWM or TWRT, then do a backup and try installing a 4.4.2 rom.
The problem is that I have been completely unsuccessful in finding a CWM or TWRT version that is stated as being compatible with the C7 Captain S. I understand (have seen) that some people use variants intended for other devices but I don't have the competence/experience (nerve) to try that path.
Does anyone have a suggestion?

[Completed] [Q] Custom rom for hisense hs-u980

Hi,
I recently bought an android phone. It got android 4.1.2 and is not-so-customizable!
I would like to know if any custom roms are available for this phone. Would like to get cyanogenmod 12 for it but i am sure it won't be there! Also i would like to know how to root it with TWRP! And the problem here is its a china phone and i don't want to do it in chinese and wants it in english! Is there any hope guy? I just want to make it android 4.4.4 or maybe 4.4.4+ with root so i can customize the phone and use it inthe way i like to!!!
I was using samsung galaxy s3 mini running android 4.4.4 with root....... So it's a bit tough to adjust with a chinese android phone!

[Completed] [Q] Yarvik TAB10-201 Custom rom and recovery

I have looked everywhere for a recovery for the Yarvik TAB10-201 and i can't find anything! Same for a custom rom.
My question is, is it possible? I've managed to root it as confirmed by root checker basic.
So does a CWM Recovery exist for this tablet or one compatible with it?
And as for a custom rom will a rom like CyanogenMod 12.1 work on it or does it have to be specifically made for the tablet?
Any help would be awesome! I think it's a good tablet so I just want to update it a bit!

Guys I have recently root my phone...i delete some things of the original Rom and now i cant make calls or sent msgs....My phone isn't very popular(zte v817) and i want to flash a new rom but i cant find a valid one for this model...Recently i saw this article http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=34849557#post34849557 but the zip have been selected....By the way im someway noob at that please help.......:crying::crying: can you?
