Hi!
I got a batch from OnePlus that I had to flash for an audio fix caused my touchscreen not to work.
I resetted my phone, flashed all kinds of roms but it wont respond at all. Does anyone know how to fix it?
Thanks,
Beattact

1) Anyone know why cm-11.0-XNPH22R-bacon-signed.zip has been taken off https://cyngn.com/products/oneplusone/?
I do have the direct working link for it.
2) Does the easy method as shown at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QDKOEtN9pbo work with 64GB version?
I'm not gonna watch that video, because, will it just isn't worth it. But there are great guides right here that explain what you need to do if you just look for them. I'm not sure why 22R has been removed but it probably has something to do with the fact that it's obsolete now, seeing that 25R is the latest release.

That's so ridiculously vague, you haven't provided any pertinent information.

Albeit you haven't been very specific I believe I know what you are trying to so. So I assume you're rooted. If you aren't I suggest you do so. There are several guides in the general section and also two toolkits in the regular development section. So get that done and install a custom recovery (I recommend twrp). Then once you have done so DO A NANDROID BACKUP.
Then flash this stock rooted ROM and optionally the radio.

Then you'll be all set
Hi everyone! I ordered the bamboo OnePlus One from a reseller online. The ad listing said that it comes with CM11s but I highly doubt that so I'm preparing in advance to flash CM11s. I've seen the Jumping from Color OS to CM11s thread here which uses the manual adb method to install CM11s but I've also seen elsewhere that you can just use the Color OS recovery and flash CM11s like any normal ROM. My question is, what's the difference between manually installing it with adb and flashing it through Color OS recovery? Do I still get OTA updates with both? And do I need to flash a new baseband with either method? All details would be highly appreciated!
Thanks guys! Excited to get my OnePlus One!

Flashing the ROM through a recovery will only flash the ROM, whereas using the fastboot method will flash all the other bits and pieces too. You'll still get OTA updates either way. What you should do before anything else though is unlock your bootloader, because doing so wipes the user data, so you want to get that out of the way before you start fiddling. The device probably will ship with CM11 though, not CM11S, but the differences are tiny. That's what a lot of the grey sellers do. Check out the threads in my signature, you'll probably find them very helpful.

Thanks man! I guess I'll start learning about fastboot and stuff asap. I've only had experience with flashing and custom recovery since I came from a Nexus 5 and there are a lot of tools for rooting and stuff. Yeah planning to unlock the bootloader for sure.
The FAQ thread in my signature contains a couple of links to some very good adb/fastboot tutorials, it may seem daunting but it's pretty simple stuff.

Hi XDADev Community,
I am a new owner of a OnePlus One 64GB China edition- running ColorOS. I was very dissatisfied with ColorOS, and wished to update to Cyanogenmod 11.
Here is what I have done so far:
- Insatlled SDK and all drivers on Win8.1
- Used Bacon Root Toolkit (by Wug) to unlock and root device
- Transferred over the cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot and gapps-kk-20140606-signed to my device's SD
- Booted into TWRP
Now, when I go to Install and try to run the bacon fastboot, I get a failed message. I am guessing I have a damaged or incomplete image, however I did download this from Cyanogenmod directly. I am unable to boot the phone, and I am stuck in TWRP. I am somewhat technically inclined, however I must be honest that this is my first rooting of any device.
Should I be trying a sideboot? Restore to factory ColorOS? Start from scratch? I have no idea what my next step is, and after hours and hours of reviewing threads and youtube videos, I am at my wits end. I would not have posted if I didn't find the answer for my issue.
I am hoping that someone can assist me, or at least point me in the right direction. I am happy to reward any assistance received. I thank you in advance for your time. Thanks!
see if it helps

You've made a couple of errors. Firstly, you don't need a separate gapps package because CM11S contains gapps. Next, the cm-11.0-XNPH44S-bacon-signed-fastboot is not a ROM zip that you flash in recovery, they need to be flashed via fastboot. This is a pretty serious error, you need to be more careful and do more research so you have a better understanding of what you're doing because errors like this can lead to a bricked device.
Anyway, I have detailed instructions on how to flash the fastboot images in my guide thread here:

You want to look at section 8 specifically.

That doesn't have anything to do with what he's talking about.

My phone is HARD Bricked!.
Its all started with wanting to get Oxygen OS. So I downloaded the OS, unlocked the bootloader, rooted and even installed custom recovery TWRP . All went okay!.
I began installing Oxygen OS with the following instruction but the installed Failed. I thought why not clear everything before installation so cleared cache, dalvik and all.
I tried to install once again it failed again.
I was stuck at OnePlus logo I have NO OS at this point.
now it wont even bootup not even backlight of the screen. Not responding to any button or anything.
when i connect to the computer I can hear the normal connected device noise but nothing else.
NO fastboot, No recovery and NO screen on.
HELP!

This.... ^^^^
If you ask a question somewhere... Especially when someone answers.... No need to start a thread about it too.
If you ask a question somewhere and get zero responses after a day or so.... Then try a new thread.
Otherwise it only creates clutter and confusion.
Thread closed.
Thanks,
