Hi guys,
I am using the OPO Cyanogenmod rom on my HTC One S and find it quite stable. I was wondering if any of the Lollipop roms are curently stable enough to use as a Daily Driver? I have read all the threads for the hboot 2.16 roms but can't seem to find out for certain whether they are stable enough for me.
I tried one about a month ago and corrupted my sdcard somehow.
Cheers.

SD card corruption is not caused by ANY CM rom but often happens while upgrading to HBoot 2.16 or flashing modded sense based roms.
CM12 03/03 runs pretty fast and stable. Candy5 v1.0.0 also runs great. Latest TeamUB builds had too many bugs for me. I did not try Resurrection Remix, baceause it has many features i don't really need. All in all you can use Android Lollipop as a daily driver. Most roms run with HBoot 2.15.

Hello guys, I'm searching for a functional custom rom with little to no bugs in it. I've tried benstalk 4.4 and cm11 so far they are very buggy looks like they are in early stages. Does anybody know of a rom that is very stable has very wide support as far as wifi, bluetooth and such. For the htc one x evita? Yes i have super cid, s-off and team win recovery. So anybody got a suggestion?
Stock unrooted ROM is by far the most stable ROM, without doubt. Asking for a ROM recommendation isn't allowed. To recommend one ROM suggests that the others are inferior in some way, this isn't fair to the devs who bring us these ROMs free of charge. The best way to find out how stable a ROM is would be to read the posts in their threads, you'll get a good feeling for any bugs they are occurring with each ROM.

Where might I find a stock one?
You can run an RUU to return to your phone to being completely stock.

Hello XDA,
after more than one year flashing recent ROMs over at „Development“ I'm searching for a real stable one for HBOOT 2.15. I don't like Sense-UI. At the moment I'm running CyanogenMod Stable 10.2, but I get a lot of reboots when using Google Maps. Don't know wether this is an problem with GMaps or GPS in general. I also encountered this problem with previous versions of CyanogenMod and some unofficial forks. Supe-CID, S-Off and various firmware-updates are out of reach as the tutorials on XDA don't work for me and I'm not capable of solving these problems myself.
The ROM doesn't have to be the latest version of Android or even in active development, as long as it might work well on my phone (S4). Just sick of constant reboots .
Thanks in advance
I am using PAC man ROM version 4.3.0 for a month now and its working fine for me. I am using the stable version. No problems whatsoever. Just visit their website and take a look. Its available for both s4 and s3 devices so wouldn't be a problem.

I've been using Beanstalk 4.4 for a few days now and haven't had a single reboot. There are a couple Beanstalk-specific tweaks and features not working, but all of the core Android functionality seems quite stable.
Is cm12 lollipop based rom available for htc one m7 without any bugs and what else i will need to download before starting like rom, gapps, kernel.....
Hi,
Yes there are cm 12 roms for the m7. As far as bugs go, You'd need to read the opening post of the rom thread for known issues and usually reading the last several pages of any rom thread will let you know what issues people are discussing.
I can't point you to any section or roms unless I know which M7 you own... What carrier version.
Yes, you'll likely need 5.0 compatible gapps. Again, that's usually mentioned in the rom threads flashing instructions.
?
Can I get recommendations for the safest, most stable version of Kitkat for my tab 2 10.1 P5113 ... with instructions?
I think the slim rom must be the most safe and stable rom.

I agree, SlimKat is very stable and fast. I've been running it for quite some time. Tried SlimLP, but it still needs some work. As for instructions, each ROM thread usually tells you what you need to install it. If you're asking for instructions for rooting and recovery, well you need to start doing some reading. Here's a thread to get you started: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2535083

I may be interested in trying SlimKat. Where is the latest stable version?
Android Andy has a super stable CM11 thats lite and has been my daily driver for almost 2yrs now.
Don't bother with CM12 it's buggy since it runs on lollipop, I don't think these old tabs can handle lollipop.
I tried lollipop and it didn't play good, bad battery, some apps acted up and I would get reboots .

I saw you found it, stay away from nightlies, you want "final" "official" or "snapshot" not nightlies.
Nightlies are experimental and cause stuff to stop working. They are for people that don't do anything else all day and night but play with there tablet.
You will pull your hair out with nightlies.
I warned you, stay away from nightlies. :banghead:

What is the current most stable sense based rom for this device? Many links are dead now, but i just found this device again for my girlfriend. She does not care about what is newest but only what is most stable so it does not matter if its a 4.1 rom or newer..
However i would like it to have Sense, and let me keep its TWRP recover, so no stock rom..
Any recommendations?
Your device its ville or villec2??
Definitely MaximusHD 10.0.1 if you're on a ville.
Ville
Its just that my device does not have S-OFF, which the topic states that i must have otherwise the rom wont work
