Yes but i think they are messing with the people
Why?
1.st They pushed a build to the German Service Center. then they rolled it back.
2.nd They never announced anything and no users saw the "update" on Kies (except one that had the leak flashed) saw one "OD" Kies update
3.rd Open Sources For The build is out, I9500 which had the build don't have the sources
4th and last, the build was never officially "released" as we can tell, or was it ?
Now when they have "leaked version" the sources are pushed out
and no sources for 9500 EDIT: GT-I9500_SWA_LL_Opensource.zip

No, it matters where the phone is from. If the store you bought the device from imported it from Indonesia so you should get the update. Otherwise, you can wait for OTA or just download and flash via Odin.

As you have probably realised I like to play a little GTA on my device, but on the old FW it was very laggy, with this update it is much smoother (though there is still room for improvement...) and in my opinion some visuals look a little better too, like the textures on the body of the cars etc...

Hey.. thats why it is supposed to be 4.3 not 4.2.2.. 4.3 brought under the hood performance they say as I am sure sammy will bring additional crapware bloatware and stuff.
I guess my thought about sticking to 8.92 gb pit is right. If this 4.3 update is not smooth and stable I'm off to 11.82 gb pit with the CM..

warning : Be careful brfore flashing... There are some chances you will not come back on 4.4.2 so be careful again

Don't flash it on FD model!! I haven't flashed it on a Dual sim so be careful. For now only G935F works.
Boot will take around 3-5 minutes. But on Your device it can somehow take 6 or 7 so don't worry just wait .
This rom is 100% safe, no bugs so far.
