I tried to install a custom ROM in the device but soon after it's boot I realized the network is not working, I tried to recover my stock ROM by CWM and all the old things came back. But the network is still not working, when I tried to search manually for Network Operators, then some other operators come in search but my network operator is not listed in them. I tired to search too much but useless. Please can anyone help me with it..
My IMEI is present and the phone shows it.

What phone did you use miui with? Some phones had the same problem from what I heard. Supposedly you have to reactivate the phone with the maker/ or carrier.

Error while searching for networks
Hello,
I have followed the steps provided on following thread:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1565517
I have manged to put MIUI with 408(update.pkg).
Venue can not find mobile network in Manual and Automatic network search mode and phone is not registering to network at all.
Apart from that wifi and other features are working fine.
I will really appreciate any help on this issue.
Best regards,

Hi.
I have a Xiaomi Mi2S that doesn't connect to any cell networks.
I'm using CyanogenMod 11 nightlies, and after an update the phone lost its IMEI number. I had taken a backup of the NVRAM using EFS Professional, but when I looked for it the files where 0 bytes in length (probably a hard disk problem on my computer)
After trying a lot of stuff (installing stock MIUI, putting the phone in diag mode and installing a bunch of drivers), I managed to restore the IMEI number, but the phone still can't connect to the network.
I have tried a SIM from another company and it doesn't work. And my SIM works correctly in other phones, so I think that is not a SIM problem.
I don't know what to do... I tried flashing different ROMS, tried flashing a new baseband radio, but I can't get it to work! Is the phone lost???
Can anyone help me? I would appreciate it very much!!!!
Hi, I can't find anything relevant on XDA for your device and issue.
You can try asking for help from this thread dedicated to your device ,

Hi
I´m a little new to flashing roms etc, I have an LG G2 D800 which was on AT&T in America, here in Spain it is on the Vodafone network. I followed the procedure to flash the custom rom by Rashed97 with accompanying gapps and other zips (Supersu). Everything went well until I rebooted, during the setup procedure the operating system tells me that I can´t find or recoginse a sim card even though it is in place. I repeated the procedure but it still says there is no sim card and I´m not sure what to do, everything else wifi etc works fine. Whats the best thing to do, change to a different rom?
Thanks in advance for your help

Hello.
This is not an urgent issue sincee i have set up voip alternatives, but id' like to see it resolved anyway for curiosity and convenience/payment reasons. So here's the deal. i'm on a rooted g3, with cloudyfa's lollipop rom and the latest version of twrp. the device was ATT unlocked, and I intended to use it later with a tracfone sim card on the byop program. anyway, after flashing the rom i didn't get any signal bars at all anymore. i tried reflashing the kitkat [At that time i downgraded to 4.4.4again and lost signal], lollipop broadbands for my device, the latter even also being released by cloudyfa. i tried goping into the network settings and, since apn's are out of my range, just searched for service providers. i tried everything and still nothing. yet when i downloaded an app to manage my voip, it said my signal was great. what is this? Can my phone still be saved?

Greetings,
Thank you for using XDA Assist.
First, have a look at your device's homepage found here:
AT&T LG G3
Most of the helpful guides and information you need can be found in the General Forum located there. If you create an XDA Account, you can post your questions in the Q&A forum also located there.
Good luck and welcome to XDA!
Greetings, I have created an account in order to seek help directly.
I received a LG P920 phone already rooted on ICS 4.0.4
At this time mobile networks worked and the phone was able to make calls and such. I did a factory reset which led to a recovery-loop so I followed this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2228269
I then obtained CWM 6 using this
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2144738
And finally decided to flash Cyanogenmod 11 unofficial
http://forum.xda-developers.com/optimus-3d/development/rom-t2929971
It was at this point that I realized I couldn't connect to networks at all, thinking maybe the ROM was faulty I went for the official CM10 rom (the last nightly available on cyanogenmod), but that did not work either. Tried returning to ICS (v30a) but I couldn't connect to networks.
I've searched a lot of guides to recovering mobile networks but the catch is that most of them talk of lost IMEI numbers, which my phone hasn't lost. I looked into using LG flashtool aswell but all links are broken, be it for the software, the crack or the dll I need to have.
I'm at a loss right now, most of the guides I've seen here are for different purposes other than just getting the mobile networks going.
The SIM card works on another phone. Also, when trying to enter the password it will at times accept anything or not accept anything at all, even if it's the right code. If I search networks, they will be found but I'll just get 'Can't connect to this network right now'
My Baseband reads LGP920AT-00-V30a-EUR-XXX-APR-04-2013 and I'm currently on CM10
update: I have been informed by the previous owner that this phone hasn't been SIM unlocked, which is probably the problem here. Obviously this wasn't going to be so easy as I obtained the code and attempted to unlock it, but for some reason the process was unsuccessful. guess I'm still lost
Thanks in advance
