[Q] is their a way to keep an application from starting on boot ie modifying a file?

Since start up killer apps try and kill apps after they have already started, I was wondering if their was an alternative method.
I also want to know how to do that, beacause my phone after turning on loads way too slow.

Android 2.2 apps constantly crashing

Hi,
I heard of the HTC_IME keyboard was the best so I installed it but right after changing input method to IME the keyboard crashed right away. I couldn't change it back to an other keyboard so I restarted my phone. But after restart mu phone was reset, not the files gone but the homescreen etc. Plus the apps that where on my SD card are gone and some apps crash every time I start them, like whatsapp. Even after reinstalling the app. Anybody tips or solutions? What can I do best without losing everything? :S We (not custom)'re talking about a samsung galaxy s with froyo.

[Q] screen rebooting after doing tasks like, internet browse

I wonder why my screen keeps rebooting after doing tasks? Has anyone else had this problem with the HTC Sensation? It is a new phone, I've checked running applications and only stock apps are running. I have plenty Ram, what could be the cause? It takes about 10 or so seconds to reboot. Please help. Thank you in advance.

[Q] Memory and apps lags

Hi,
I wonder if I can somehow use Auto memory manager in RomToolbox to increase performance of my Nexus - I have problem with opening apps. When I open apps (not killed apps but running in background) it is really laggy. E. g. from tapping on the icon to open and load of the app it takes circa 2-5 seconds.
So the question is what shall I increase in the memory manager to let the apps somehow be ready for instant opening. It is really bothering to wait for SMS app to load for 3 seconds
Thanks for advice

[Q] Forcing apps to stay in memory [ICS]

Hi
I know this has been asked before but there is no reply to it anywhere.
Is there any way to force an app to stay in memory in ICS? Many apps seem to shut down when u navigate away from there sometimes even for 5 seconds to quickly check say facebook/twitter/sms/whatsapp.
I did not have that problem with Gingerbread...?
Any ideas guys how to force the app to stay open in the background no matter what?
Many thanks
+1
