Hi. I have a xperia m2 d2303 with a 4.4.2 update. Suddently it was go in a bootloop, without any actions on software. I tried to repair with pc Companion, Emma and after that with flashtool. I instaled only the stock roms (all the versions), but the phone is still in bootloop. I tried with bootloader locked and unlocked. Same thing. I flashed all possible versions of android but nothing. Please help me!!! thanks.:crying:

Hi,
Here is a tutorial on unlocking your bootloader.... It says nothing about having to flash anything after.

Good luck!
I recently wrote a stock image to my Sony Xperia M2, But unfortunately, it bricked,
-------------------------------------------
DEVICE INFO:
Manufacturer: Sony
Model: D2303
OS/ROM: None: Bricked Phone..
OS Before Bricked: Sony Xperia M2 Stock 4.4.4 KK
---------------------------------------------
Could I get some help here, I've been trying to fix this myself for about three days and no good results so far... I just decided to give up and try and get help.

Hi everyone!
I'm starting this thread as I myself need help with rooting my Sony Xperia M2 [D2303] [Lollipop 5.1.1 - 18.6.A.0.182] using OS X.
I have an unlocked bootloader already and previously tried to flash a custom recovery which failed and put me into a soft-brick situation with continuous bootloop.
Now I think i'm going to ask you all for help rather than make any further mistakes myself.
Really a definitive guide for OS X users is needed.
Thank in advance!
If you have unlocked bootloader why don't you updated your bootloader than flash SuperSu? There's thread by @linuxct on how to update bootloader. It shouldn't be any different than Windows
Good Luck!
