In this google Play homescreen? I don't see a "download icon." I'm sure it is there, but i'm having trouble locating the setting to turn off auto update for only one specific app. Where on the homescreen is this download icon. Thanks for your response

DISCLAIMER: This is to add the MobileData toggle to your notification panel on the T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 3. It might or might not work on the other models. Your phone has to be rooted in order for this to work. I'm not responsible if you screw something up on your device by not following directions.
Here are the steps I used:
1. Download the Sqlite Editor app from either the playstore(costs 2.99) or download it from my attachment.
2. After it's download, it will ask for root permissions, click Grant and it should load the databases.
3. Go to the FILES tab
4. Click on data, then after it opens up, look for data again
5. After that happens, scroll down the list till you find com.android.providers.settings and click on it
6. Click on databases and then click on settings.db
7. After you click on settings.db, then you will see system, click on that and it should open up a long list of things
8. Look for notification_panel_active_app_list. It will be near to the bottom of the list. You will see notification_panel_default_active_app_list. That is not the correct one. Make sure it says notification_panel_active_app_list.
9. Click and hold it till a sub menu pops up. Click on Edit Record
10. You're going to see a list of toggles under values
11. At the end of that list, make sure there is a ; after the last word. Then enter MobileData and put ; right after it. No spaces.
12. It should look like this for example: AirplaneMode;MobileData;
13. Now click Save, Reboot the phone and when it comes back up, you should have a MobileData toggle in your notification panel in your settings
Thanks

Hi everyone,
would one of you happen to know whether it's possible to get extended power menu options on the Mate 7, such as soft reboot, reboot to recovery, etc.? Is it possible with Gravity Box KK? I tried tweaking the UI with GB (latest version) on Xposed 2.5.1, but had no success.
Thx!
I think there is no need for that. Just install Quickboot (reboot) if you are rooted.

I don't know if u haven't noticed but u have power off and restart in shortcut menu when u expand it on the bottom...
You can move icons about you don't need to expand..

Yes, but those two don't really have a purpose as the functions are also accessible via the power menu, and there is no soft reboot option either. I'm using SimpleReboot now, it does exactly what I want.

Is that the only page in your panel? Is there another page that you can swipe left or right? There should be an "edit" or "add" or "+" symbol in your panel somewhere? Or is there a setting in your system settings>notifications (or whatever the path to your notification settings in system settings).

There is no options in setting to do this.I can add more icons using gravitybox, but I cannot hide stock icons.
Isn't there any mod or Xposed module or app to do this??

Try Android N-ify. Its an Xposed module that'll change your phone's UI to android N. It also gives you the option to edit your QS panel. So you can add and remove whatever tiles you like (once your ROM supports those tiles).
Its a bit buggy on Lollipop though. So you might run into crashes (of mainly the System UI).
Take a look at the thread over here:

There's no "good version" for all devices. The only way to find a compatible build for your phone is to go through them all
To reset the tiles, hit the pencil icon at the top right corner of the QS panel, then hit the 3 dot menu button. You'll see the option to reset.

I've tried that. But without root, the stock phone app cannot be disabled. So annoyingly the stock phone app pops up before or after a call is made.

Oh that can be disabled. I was talking about system phone app. Every time I make a call it pops up eventhough I'm dialing with Google phone. The screen disappears once back button is pressed.
I had to go to Settings > Apps > Configure apps (tap gear icon at the top) > set "Phone app" to "Google Phone"!
full screen video calling works now
