Follow these steps and it will work - http://en.miui.com/thread-46253-1-1.html
you just need to auto start the apps and give them required permissions.

where is "security app" ? can u give me some clues? thanks

If you use stock launcher it would be on one of your homepages...v

Go to Settings and Power Saving. Choose which you want to run on background.
For my Huawei P8: go to Settings-Power Saving and click Power monitoring and click View button in apps still running after screen turns off and protect app you want to run on background.

Checked everywhere in app settings and also in phone settings of app.. Everything has been enabled...
Remove your facebook account from system settings > accounts, clear the facebook's app cache and data and login back to set everything like it is supposed to be.
You may as well give up on this, i had the same problem and the only solution was to change the ROM. I couldn't receive notifications from either the Facebook app or the Messenger app, despite having all the options enabled. Which ROM are you using at the moment? It's probably the same as the one i had the problem with.
Do not greenify Facebook...simple

No notification from hangouts and other apps.

So I turned on max power save mode and turns it back on when I was able to charge my Note 7. Now I don't get any notifications from any apps. Like If I get a hangouts message or an email, no notification. It's like use background data is still off but I can't find the setting.
When I open the app (specifically hangouts) I get all the new texts and notifications.
Anyone have this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix this problem?
I found the setting to restrict background data and I turned it off... Or

Notifications disappearing

Got the global version of this phone today and I'm happy with everything so far but one blocker: some apps have their notifications dissapear. In particular, Signal messages.
I've already tried gaving all permissions, including un-limited power usage as well as gave it rights to do notifications.
Notifications bubbles do appear, but they disappear under 100ms.
Is this a common issue? Is there a workaround?
Thanks!
same problem with some apps. :-O
Try installed apps, choose app, notifications, priority and choose urgent. Works for me

Notification - not all shown

I'm new to Vivo and I've found not receiving notifications for third-party apps like WhatsApp etc.
These are the options confirmed by Vivo.
1. You can open Whatsapp>Settings>Notifications>turn on the notification switches. You can take the pictures below for reference;
2. You can go to Settings>Status bar and notification>Manage notification> Whatsapp, turn on all the switches;
3. You can go to Settings>More settings>Applications>Floating window, turn on the switch of Whatsapp;
a. Go to Settings>More settings>Applications>Autostart>turn on Autostart of Whatsapp; Back to Floating window, then turn on the floating window of the app.
b. Add Whatsapp to Speedup Whitelist;
c. Go to Settings>Battery>Excessive background battery usage, and then allow the app to continue running when the background power consumption is high.
Hope it works.
Thanks

Strange not here, only when i keep whatsapp on lock in background i get notifications. Now that i unistalled i Manager everting works fine and no lock on background is needed anymore.
You have to enable the programs you want to work in the background with iManager, permission management. You'll see various options there. I had issues with my gear Fit2 watch constantly disconnecting. After I enabled everything that deals with the gear Fit2 (to include the plug-in) it worked.

The settings for the app is intelligent control. Is that what you ask me to to or I should change it to don't optimize. Finally worth to mention that my current OS so 10.0.3. Thanks for the reply.

Ok, mine is on intelligent control and it's fine. Are you saying that you never get any notification from Whatsapp at all? Or do the notifications come late?
If they come late, try changing from intelligent control to don't optimize.
If you don't get any at all, I suggest that you go into Whatsapp, backup in it's settings to google drive. Then go and clear data and cache for Whatsapp. Uninstall it. Reboot your phone. Go to the play store and install it again. Ask someone to send you message to test. Then restore your backup in Whatsapp.
Also turn off battery saver.

Nico... You haven't been warned about using gb whatsapp? I used it until 4 months ago when i received a warning that my account would be locked and canceled. Search for it, and you'll see.
Why whatsapp doesn't implement some of the gb settings, I don't know. A dark theme, for example.

I'm using Whatsapp mods since Whatsapp+ from Rafalense and i didn't get notifications like that, I'm currently on DeltaYowa(Base Fouad 8.12)
You will get banned if you use a mod with older Base or use some features like send more than 10 photos at once, send bigger files , and requesting many verification codes every day

Rok--can you kindly point me to a link for this? I'm mildly curious. I used to use GB Whatsapp, and I loved all of its features.
