Updating lg G2 at&t D800 to kitkat/lollipop in India

Hi Guys, Im from India
I'm buying the lg g2 D800 AT&T unlocked from the USA, The current version is "Android 4.2.2 ".
Can i Update to Kitkat or lollipop once the mobile to reached to me in INDIA ?
I meant by directly downloadfile from AT&T or Overtheair ?
