Hi I had TWRP running and I was trying to clean flash and I was trying to clean flash a new rom but I accidentally wipe all data in Cache, System, and Internal storage. No doubt the new rom disappear along with other system files. Now I can only boot to the TWRP and moreover, my laptop does not detect the phone. I tried to update USB driver but still did not work. Please help.
Which drivers do you have installed?

I believe I have nothing on my phone except TWRP. Because when I accidentally wiped internal storage along with cache and system files as well. I tried to use fastboot to connect with my laptop but my laptop does not recognize it either.

I uses Window 8 for my PC. For the driver I tried Samsung driver according to a post
I also tried Oneplus One recovery tool but none of the methods detect my phone. I also tried to transfer file via USB by using fastboot as well but my laptop still did not detect my phone

Uninstall the Samsung drivers, reboot the PC, install these drivers, reboot PC again, connect phone, let drivers auto-install. Try again.

Which rom did you flash and onto which device?
But the solution with flashtool and PCComapnaion is normally drivers. Find them in the driver folder of flashtool in your c drive

There is no specific driver. Do you have usb debugging enabled?
I had to uninstall and reinstall drivers. Mine did the same thing.

I have been having the exact same issue. Ive noticed that when I am in recovery and adb doesnt recognize the device, it seems like it is actually windows that doesnt recognize because i go into Device Manager and see Nexus 5 with an exclamation, and if I try to install the drivers for it, it says it cannot find the proper drivers in the same folder that i originally installed the drivers from!
I am very confused and this is pissing me off, because I should have the damn OTA already and I dont!!!!

i am not rooted and do not have a custom recovery either. bur i had the same problem when i tried to side load update 4.4.1.
the problem for me was that the google usb driver that i installed did not have proper adb support for nexus 5. this is what worked for me. universal naked driver v. .73
downloaded and unzipped in a folder in desktop.
booted into recovery on the phone
windows chimed new hardware found, device manager showed nexus5 with an exclamation mark.
right clicked to update device software, pointed to unzipped folder, done.
this way after geting out of CMD phone is still recognized as MTP, so i can transfer files back and forth.

Hello! I was trying to flash BAM Rom for TF300T. Unfortunately, i forgot to update my recovery (TWRP) in order to flash the KitKat version of the rom, and basicly now i can't launch the device normally since the flashing failed, but in the other hand i can still open my recovery and do stuff.
PROBLEMS: 1. I can't flash the newest recovery because my drivers simply aren't working ( <waiting for device> etc. )! I have tried installing ASUS Suite and other drivers i found online, both on 2 different PCs, nothing worked.
2. I can't flash a new rom with the recovery since there's no way to access the tablets storage. TWRP won't recognize my MicroSD
(Error mounting MicroSD).
So, here's what I need: Some way to access the device's storage or mount my MicroSd, or some way to fix the drivers so fastboot recognises my Tab!

OK in short terms:
I highly recommend to change to TWRP 2.7.1.1 or latest philz recovery. (first I think you have to unlock your bootloader)
Next ...like you allready posted... try to sideload or push your sense 6 ROM
And yes I know sideload needs some patience...

I think its an driver issue....check your drivers first..
Lo0k into device manager in windows what your HTC M_4 is listed.
Is there maybee an (!) ?
Your device should be listed under "my HTC" then fastboot should work correct.
Don´t use Windows 8 many driver problems reported rather use Windows 7

You never said which OS you're using. Just re-installing the drivers usually won't fix an issue with usb.
Have you tried another cable? Tried plugging into a different USB port?
When you go into device manager, do you see any android, or HTC devices?

don't despair and do something rash. I doubt your phone is ruined. I had a lot of trouble getting drivers to work in Windows 7 and thought I had ruined my phone too. Once I got drivers working it was super easy to get my phone running again.

Do you have access to another computer? Preferably windows XP? Or can you install a clean copy of Windows 7 onto your current computer? I've read other people have success booting to Ubuntu from a disc as well.
I haven't tried this, but others have said it eliminated Windows USB issues

So,
Mr jollywhitefoot If you read carefully you will see that he write in first post:
" I can't mount on otg, recovery says Internal storage 0mb OTG 0mb" so why do you think this will happen.???"
Yes because the partitions are messed up and if you not format them, you will never ever get them to work.
All others that have resurrected their phones here have formatted partitions before or flashed a firmawre where it will be done also.
So if I recommend to try formatting partitions there is a reason for....nothing to warn of for you in this case!!!
And if you recommend this guy to setup a linux distribution from a live cd then advise him also to setup adb + fastboot in linux correctly.

I have a problem with my Moto G 1st gen. It seems while attempting to flash a new ROM onto the device, I have somehow managed to delete the OS. I am trying to flash the stock ROM back onto the device, but unfortunately I am unable to as the device does not appear on my computer when I plug it in using a USB cable. I am using the TWRP custom recovery. I would like to be able to restore the original ROM and use the device as normal. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Device:
Moto G 1st Gen (XT1033)
TWRP Recovery installed
OS is missing
When I attempt to boot the device, it gives me the unlocked bootloader warning.
To recover your ROM, use your backup. If you do not have a backup ... it's bad.
Have you tried booting in fastboot? Does your mobile show up in the taskbar icons tray as ADB Device or Motorola ADB Composite Device? If not, check if you've proper drivers installed or not. Once you've the phone being detected, you can easily flash the stock rom using mfastboot commands.

Ok it seems the phone is detected by the computer, the phone is shown when I go to 'Devices and Printers' on my computer, but for some reason it shows as 'XT1032' instead of 'XT1033'. Probably attempted to install something designed for the XT1032 model instead.

It's probably TWRP Recovery that changed the model detection. Now, either install the stock ROM or flash a custom ROM.
