You need gapps (Google apps).. What version did you flash?.. You'll need to match the gapps to your android version. The web page where you downloaded your rom will have a link to the gapps you need..

THIS so you can select the features you need while you flash.

Hey , now you are in world of custom ROM ..so, always remembering this thing..
1) whenever you install custom ROM gapps required besis on what version of android are you flashing.
2) you can also install custom kernal as well .
3) whenever you install ROM from xda thread ..read developer instructions first time on first page of thread.. it will solved out your problem..

Perhaps some links to GAPPS and Graphical glitches as well it will help , while from many of this threads are missing, or links to this threads about them. Ignore ppl what they say is a mess, haters always will hate coz they was unable to do what you did .

I am a big fan of MIUI for many years. Today I really am glad to share a wonderful news to our beloved Note 3 Exynos users about the new released by a great developer lushengduan. Now we can taste on new flavor of MIUI V7 with fully working S Note and S Pen functions well on our N900. It is based on TouchWiz 4.4.2.
Please help to fix this ROM to bug-less together.
Enjoy on MIUI V7 together!
DOWNLOAD Link:
ROM: MIUI V7 ROM by lushengduan [Unofficial][5.8.21]
Kernel: Lidroid kernel [4.4.2] [V2.4] for MIUI
Note: You don't need to FLASH kitkat ROM if you flash lidroid kernel after you flashed ROM.
How to flash:
1. Download and Copy it to your External Memory
2. Go to recovery to wipe data and factory reset, wipe cache, & wipe dalvik cache
3. Flash ROM from you External Memory
4. Reboot and wait till it goes to language chooser
5. Enjoy!

Does it need to flash a bootloader as i am going to try multibooting and every time i flashed miui v6 it results in a bootloop....

Everything evident in OP - Nameless base with Xperia Z3 on top - not only themed but true apps and features.
