My Whatsapp notification only appear if i open whatsapp application. What's I nead to do????

I have just bought a brand new Huawei honor 6 and I am facing problem with google contants sync as it doesn't support such a feature. The specs of the phone is the following:
1. EMUI ver. 2.3
2. Android version 4.4.2
3. ROM ver. H60-L02V100R001CHNC00B120SP03
Kindly let me know how to fix that issue.

I have a Huawei g play mini chc-u01 runs 4.4.2 kitkak and i'm on emui 3.0, my phone was b067 and i updated it to b161 but now i cant change fonts even fonted themes dont change and i wish if you could show me how to add font selection part in themes manager

That`s a Emui bug related issue
You can use a third party font changer application , check on playstore

Hello guys i just wanna ask how to enable bubble notifications for messenger. Since the last android 11 update i cannot find the settings to enable such feature. Anyone can help i appreciate it!
