Unfortunately there is no specific forum for your exact device.

A quick search did come up with the possibility of using Framaroot ( link below ) . If that is not successful, I would advice posting up in the second link below. Best of luck .

It shows the installation in a step-by-step way.

GiONEE Elife E7
You can find a root method for your device here:
[ROOT][CWM][GAPPS][GIONEE ELIFE E7]Root GiONEE Elife E7 VERY EASILY
That will give you root and install CWM recovery, and from there you can install custom ROMs that you'll find from the development sections within the GiONEE E7 device forum I linked you to above.
