If you install a custom ROM then you faced the problem that your your boot logo and boot / shutdown animation of previous ROM still present. To solve this problem, just install this zip file and your problem will be resolved. Your original Qmobile boot logo, start up / shutdown animation will return back.
How to:

1- Download "New-Qmobile-Boot-Images.zip".
2- Copy it on your mobile SD card.
3- Boot your mobile into any custom recovery (CWM/TWRP).
4- Select Install Zip —> from SD card. (select New-Qmobile-Boot-Images.zip from card)
5- Wipe cache.
6- Wipe delvik cache.
7- Restart your mobile.

Instructions on flashing Color in HD Theme
01. Download theme (Link is Below)
02. Place theme on ROOT of your SD card. (ie: /sdcard)
03. Boot into Recovery Mode
04. Do a NAND BACKUP!!!
05. Flash THEME.
06. After flashing is complete, Reboot...
07. Done!

3. Boot to TWRP/CWM Recovery.
4. Wipe Factory Reset

Installation: To install, use SP FlashTool (you will need a computer).
What does not work: If "does not see the internal memory" (can not decrypt the / data partition and asks for the password when starting TWRP), then the solution is formatting from the TWRP partition (Cleaning -> Custom cleanup -> / data). (all your data and programs are lost!)
Previously, before formatting the / data partition, install the modified Attached file boot.img (12.64 MB)

Thanks for tuto to rooting power 3. I installed twrp but it is not possible for me to install suprsu. all steps are done, when I reboot phone, it is not rooted. The internal memory is 0mega. If I do a format data I will loose all my data, isn't it? Thanks for your reply. Best regards
